Once had blue ribbon fix my car after two separate accidents and their customer service is incredible. They’re so nice and accommodating even months after my work was completed and I realized something was missed. Hopefully I don’t have to come back a third time, but if I do I’ll come here. Thank you!

I just bought a rc car privately and got it home to discover it wouldn't steer. I brought it into Blue Ribbon hobby department on Thursday and handed it off to Brian Culp. He instantly recognized the issue and would have me fixed up before the end the day on Friday. That is exactly what happened. What a knowledgeable individual and professional. Thank you and see you again for any of my radio control needs.

My mother had purchased a trackhawk tracking device and kill switch and the gentleman in the audio section said they are familiar with devices like this. Well the install was quick and painless… so we thought. As my mother and I were sitting down and learning on the mobile app, well we discovered it wasn’t working. My mother was incredibly upset and went in to confront mr. Brian and with my mother being upset he got very defensive and incredibly rude and even made her cry in the store. After the confrontation they refused to call the tech support of the device that was purchased. Well after further investigation they determined that they had connected the wrong wire for it being an ignition kill switch and had it connected on the secondary ignition wire not primary. We personally will never engaging in business with these guys do to the unfortunate event. Have a wonderful day.

Came in for an estimate after my vehicle was damaged in a parking lot. Was enough damage that the car will be totaled, but I needed an estimate either way. Ian was very helpful and professional with the estimate even though the odds of me having the repairs done there (or at all) are very small. Thanks Ian.

This company partners with intoxalock and installs their product. Once they're finished they leave you in the parking lot trying to figure out how it works and how to start your vehicle and refuse to help. You'll likely need your vehicle towed home from their shop.

In October of 2022, my truck was damaged in a vehicle break in, BR was able to work with my schedule and get me in on short notice. The vehicle lives in Missoula and I use it 4-5 times a year when I fly into town. the trip after the repair I started having issues with the door locking it self when the handle was pulled, kinda like a Laurel and Hardy skit, given the short and infrequent nature of my visits I finally was able to get the vehicle back in to have it looked at. Ben and the guys in the shop were able to determine that damage to the latch mechanism was missed on the original repair. they assisted with reopening the insurance claim ordered the part, and fit me in for a 1 hour repair in under 72 hours. flat out the best service I have ever had at a repair shop! The front office staff is great, They have a customer for life with me.

Friendly, helpfull, but a bit ditzy.After several emails detailing what parts were to be ordered, they ended up ordering the wrong part. Tad bit frustrating seeing how I live 2 hours out of zootown and wasn't told about the wrong parts until after I had dropped off my truck.With the information on the invoice and provided by my VIN number this discrepancy could have been caught sooner and saved us our time.To their credit, they did grant be a full refund.

I had my car repaired at Blue Ribbon and they were great from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, awesome customer service, my car looked brand new when they were finished, and they even cleaned it inside! Definitely the place to go for body work! Two thumbs up!
