Ordered from these folks many times, and ordered recently for an anniversary in October, and while the first arrangement wasn't the best, once I let the shop know they immediately reached out and provided a replacement bouquet that was beautiful.
Appreciate Marjorie for reaching out to make things right, appreciate you guys and will order again in the future!

My wedding was 10/14. All I ordered from here was a flower crown. I scheduled the pick up for the day of my wedding because it was a Monday and they were not open the day before. They were 30 minutes late on the pick up time so I just had to wait in the shop while they finished which on any other day would have been fine but really stressed me out. I thought it looked huge when I picked it up and even asked them to cut back some of the stuff hanging down to ensure that I’d be able to see. I should have tried it on at the shop but I was already late. It didn’t even look like my reference photos (attached). Once I got ready at the venue and went to put it on my head it was WAY too big. Like comically big. My photographer captured the moment I realized I couldn’t wear it, attached. I had to role with the punches and since I paid $200 for it, my mom altered the headband into a circle and I carried it as a bouquet which I did not want something I had to carry down the isle. Huge disappointment and I wish I had been in way more communication with them leading up to the pick up date since they obviously didn’t understand my vision. I was way too trusting. Would not recommend.

This flower shop delivered the flowers I ordered but my friend was out of town. They redelivered new flowers a week later - I did not have to ask them and no extra charge. The flowers and base are beautiful! I highly recommend this shop.

The folks at Bitterroot were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and just a joy to work with. The flowers for my wedding were absolutely perfect! I gave them basically free reign to choose and design everything based on what was native and in season and my trust was VERY well placed. 11/10 highly recommend!!

Your lovely shop did a fantastic job of creating a beautiful flower arrangement for my brother's birthday! The option to add a couple of Seattle truffle chocolate bars was such a hit as well. Your delivery was right on time. I was able to work easily with your shop from my home in N. California because your website is super user-friendly. Thank you for a job well done!
