I do not recommend this service to anyone looking to finance tires. We looked for winter tires last year and these folks were willing to finance them. They took advantage of me being a woman and for a tire that retails @ 225-275 per tire I was charge over 4 times that amount The total bill was over 4000 dollars and the payments were nearly 250 per month for 18months. I will be reporting this business to the BBB and as well as reporting it to Scamming and gouging authorities.

Had a tire blow out on our camper on way to campground in Clinton, MT. Went into Missoula for hiking and went to Big Sky Tire. They had tire needed, mounted and fixed all while we waited, less than 15 minutes. Price was good but the service and discussion with owner's son were outstanding. Highly recommend Big Sky Tire, they came through for us.

My first visit was great, they looked for a way to save me money and I ended up paying less than I was quoted. They also went the extra mile and took a look at another problem after the work was completed at the end of the day.

Seemed like a friendly crew and got me in quick but apparently do not understand how to use a balancing machine. Car now vibrates over 65mph horribly since I drove it home. Found out when I pulled the wheels off the moron static balanced which is incorrect and when I balanced them myself found they were way way off. Since I fixed drives perfectly again. Learn how to do your job and stick to a more reputable company. Should not have to pay a premium and get piss poor work quality. Wasn’t even worth the time to bring it back because if they can’t balance a wheel who knows what else they slack on

Great service except my last appointment they had me waiting for over 2 and a half hours over a scheduled flat repair with no notice that I was going to have that long of a wait. I could have been doing lots of things for that long until my car was ready.

I was in a bind as I had already switched my main tire to my donut, and then my donut turned out to be flat as well. Thankfully they were able to get me in the same day and changed my tires over into my new set and were just absolute angels

I give two stars because they were friendly and got me in last minute for a studded tire swap, however ever the tires were extremely under-filled with air, and they stole our metal tire caps and replaced them with plastic ones which is pretty unprofessional. I paid $120 to have my tires swapped only to have to fill my tires myself and have my caps stolen.

Needed tires on my pickup, stopped by, Tanner helped me find what I needed, had them in stock the next day. I dropped my pickup off before they opened, they had it ready before noon, and even drove it across the street for me so I could get my oil changed at Ford dealer. Thats what I call great service. Top notch crew. Thanks guys

I highly recommend Big Sky Tires! I got a flat tire on a Friday evening right before closing. Not only did one of their employees Emory come to me and put my spare tire on but he also stayed after hours to fix my tire. Will definitely continue doing business at Big Sky Tires.

HONEST OPINION for Big Sky Tire (BST)
I don't understand how anyone could leave a good review for BST. My first experience was for a technical issue with Lug Nuts for my Plow truck, and yes, the son of the owner was very knowledgeable.
Sometime after, I purchased a set of 20" Snow Tires for my King Ranch 350. His prices were the highest of the three other companies and somehow I got my numbers backwards and purchased them from BST. MISTAKE!!
These guys are not open weekends which is a problem for most working folks. I found that out when I needed to get my tire fixed and they were not open, so much for the hazard warranty.
Now I need one of those new tires replaced, and I have been calling for 3 days, since Tues, 11-15-22 and no answer! The Voicemail is full and wont take messages! I dropped $1600 in tires and I cant even get someone to pick up the phone!! This place is an utter mess! Its un-organized, and filthy dirty. I had to post this with ONE (1) star because it would not post unless I checked it. I would like to have posted this with -5 stars!!
I wouldn't buy a gumball from them let alone tires or service!!!!!!!!
