*DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY* Ordered 3 tents in June, every time I call or email to ask about the status of this order they have a different excuse, sometimes on the same day. Now they are refusing to refund my money.

They charged me $275 for an out of stock item in November and have not issued a refund yet. I get silly runarounds and promises. This appears to be a scam site operated by one older sounding man. I suspect other 5 star reviews here are posted by himself. Stay away to save yourself trouble.

Great service, and very pleasant to work with. I’ve had the same tent for 20 years, and it still looks and works like brand new.
