I’m not in hair & beauty but have a partner who is and have done marketing for a salon. Beaches is a solid supplier with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always seem to have sales. Cody was cordial and engaging. Never had a bad experience and I’ve been there a number of times.

Products are limited for the broad expectations of new professionals. Girls who are recommended are inexperienced and not accustomed to using product in a time frame. I’d order online if you know what you’re looking for: liberate the 80’s. Don’t get stuck in them.

I am a licensed manicurist and was needing some supplies so I took my license in and signed up to purchase in their store since you have to be licensed to. The staff was so unfriendly, so unhelpful, even bought expensive non-phosphorus shampoo and conditioner, and got out to the car and found that we had two conditioners. Took it back in the store within a minute and she said sorry we don't give refunds. So we asked if we could at least exchange it for the shampoo so we had a shampoo and conditioner and she seemed all put out!! I will definitely not shop here again.

Employed 6 months friendly staffed. Unfair work, {pay sucks}, no backup✓, uncomfortable environment. They're fake.. can't eat s*** and like it. Unable to work with personal needs as a person. Sugar coaters!!!!

Literally my go to place! I love it here so much. Everyone there is SO incredibly helpful and nice. Very well stocked and up to date on new goodies? they are always willing to go above and beyond to help me get whatever I need. Will always be my # 1 choice

Beaches in Missoula is the only beauty supply store that I will shop that. Dee is such a sweet sweet soul and is so knowledgeable. I always feel like I’m getting the best deal and the best service when I go to Beaches.

I just want to shout out to Jade today for losing our families business of over 30 years. Instead of just asking us to limit the amount of people inside, she was rude, talked behind our backs to another customer, and got upset, telling us this place was for professionals. I don’t see anything “professional” about how you handled that. We will be going somewhere else. Thanks for the awkward experience today.

I have been a Cosmetologist for 31 years. I purchased 2 tubes of 8N last week. I do not need them, I'm not working in a salon at this time, I went to return them as was denied any sort of refund or credit. I brought in the original bag, and receipt, and boxes are untouched. I do not need any other products at this time. we Cosmetologist's pay money for our school and products, why are we DENIED A REFUND?? like I told your clerk here in GF, I WILL NOT BE BACK TO YOUR BUSINESS. ☆Please provide me with an explanation why you refuse any refunds, only product exchange? My purchase was only $16.00.
