“The team at Russ’ does high quality work at a fair price. My family has used them 3 times and the repairs still look good. The thing that really sets them apart is the level of customer service. Recently our car was hit and they went above and beyond dealing with the other guy’s insurance, Geico. Geico is a truly awful company and the team at Russ’s fought the settlement offers to make sure the car was fixed correctly. They called us every day to keep us updated. There is no one else i would trust for body work.”

“The service department guys got me right in for my pre-paid oil change. My only concern was that I didn't receive any written confirmation upon completion of my oil change. Apparently, there was computer hackers that took many of the Dodge dealerships computer software out, so customers didn't receive an account of what work was done on their vehicles.
My oil change was done on Wednesday,

I grew up in Missoula & always remember this shop but never needed muffler repair - i live in Oregon now but was travelling thru the mizZoo for our usual summer camping trip! For too long we had a temporary fix on the muffler of our 2500 Sprinter but a portion was just rusted thru & the time had come for it to be repaired. Once we arrived at the Wye area, I called up Spaldings, which is my go-to for used Auto parts, hoping for a bargain on the part but they didnt have any, the guy on the phone referred me to the Muffler Bandit & i am grateful. Usually i am real hesitant to try out auto related places i have never been to, but i decided to give it a go & Dustin got me in the next day. Super friendly conversational easy going dude, he let me scope out the underneath of our van once it was all raised up & then i knew that i could trust him because he walked me thru everything and told me i didnt need the whole thing replaced but he could cut & weld a section. It took him no time at all, i was in & out back on the road the same day.
Being a female in the auto world from my experience, most people are looking to get as much money as they can from you, it is always a huge relief when you find honest dependable mechanics! So thankyou guys at the Muffler Bandit”
“I had something related to the age of the car cause a problem with the coolant system. I was leaking coolant and I didn't know where it was coming from because I had already replaced most of the coolant system 8 months prior. I went in to find out how much a diagnosis would cost. Within 5 minutes two technicians had already taken my car around and pulled it into the building to inspect it. I was not given good news about my car but, they were very honest. Sadly my timing cover is corroded and it is a very expensive fix. They did not recommend that I put money into the car for the repairs, due to its age and miles. They did not charge me for the diagnosis and they wished me luck in finding a car that would work better for my family. I won't take my cars anywhere else now, not only because of the quality work they have previously done on my car but, because they chose to be honest.”
“I would recommend Tony's auto body to anyone who needs body work done to their car. They are a very honest place and won't try to charge you a ridiculous price. I had one body shop tell me it was going to be $1,000.00 to fix my bumper and Tony's was significantly less for the same work. This is the place you need to go for any of your auto body needs.”
