I went in yesterday to transfer 3 lines from Verizon, who i’ve been with almost 30 years. Better service and better price at AT&T. Verizon kept jacking up the price and I was tired of always having to negotiate with them.I initially worked with Matt and he made things transfer over very smoothly. My 3rd line was in Washington so I had to have my dad go to a local AT&T to get a SIM card put in his phone. The local person there was new and somehow locked his phone up, so I had to go back into the Missoula store where Jerry helped us through the process.Even though it took a couple of hours, the person in Washington kept a positive attitude and was finally able to make things work for my dad.Matt and Jerry are great representatives for the Missoula store.

The two guys there helped me get a new phone set up after breaking my phone extremely quickly and easily with just a low finance. Much respect.

I went in to get a new Sim card to phone no cost. I just had to give cell phone and my ID. I just now found out at&t can put a prepaid cell phone to a regular plan that you already have. Helpful patient employee , one other customer was at at&t when i got there

Tried to get my issue resolved and a store representative told me that AT&T doesn't care. I was lied to about transferring my sons number to his own account. I was not misinformed, I was straight up lied to! Do better AT&T! Been a customer for 15yrs but I guess you guys don't care!!!

We came in with questions about purchasing a new phone, obtaining a short term international calling plan and adjusting coverage for the third phone on our plan.Kian C. was very helpful. He was patient, attentive to answering our questions and professional. Despite being the only representative in the store, he was able to multitask with greeting incoming customers snd answering the phone. I felt well served by him. Thank you!

Staff was helpful. The store was dirty and gross. Bust a vacuum and some bleach wipes. Had to go to the other store to get my phone and that store was just as gross.

Been here several times now and every time they say can't help yadda yadda and give me a buisness card to go somewhere else. Too long of a story but basically they only know how to sell phones at this location, not help you with the ones you've bought.
