Never had a reason to review a cell provider until today. Had a great experience setting up a new plan for my wife and I. Andei made the experience with her great sense of humor and patience. Also got hooked up with 2 brand new phones for so cheap it was hard to believe.

My experience at this store was absolutely awful. The employee that "helped" us was Ryan and he had no intention to do anything work related at all, has zero work ethic, and basically said sorry there's nothing we can do for you. We left that store ready to pay $1200 to break our contract because of the horrible experience and lack of customer service we had we Ryan.

Ryan the store employee.Failed to give me a smile ,n ask if I needed help immediately. He continued to work with the 2 people in the store .Once he was able to break free of the customers in the store. He then offered his assistance.He gave me precise directions on how to resolve my issue. In the the store. N made imy transfer to a new phone which quickly refurbished my service.He was sweet and kind once he was helpful.

Google maps says they are open, but for the last 3 days, their doors have been locked, and there is no one in the building, not even a sign saying hey we're closed for whatever reason.

Worst experience of my life at this store, I went to get my AT&T screen saver replaced and the store manager, I think her name with andie, told me it wasn’t under warranty because I didn’t pay full price and it wasn’t on the same receipt but I bought it all the the same time. But that was the stores fault not mine, when I was in the store and she was helping someone else I called AT&T customer service line and they told me that shouldn’t matter and to ask to speak with the manager. So I got off the phone but she was the manager so I ask to speak with the district manager but she wouldn’t give me the name or number, so I gave her my name and number and ask how long should I expect it to take and she said I can’t speak for other people and I said I would just wait there sitting and wait till she did because I don’t trust that she would then she THREATENED ME SHE WOULD CALL THE COPS and did, so I walked out. I never raised my voice or physical intimidation her AT ALL. I just wanted to make sure my information actually got passed along. Even the other women she was helping looked surprised and gave me a sympathetic look. This is NOT how business should be run. She just wanted to make the money vs actually customer service when it was the same stores fault that this happened. DO NOT GO HERE. What she did what not right.

Came in because my phone wouldn't charge, turns out it was just full of dust and lint in the charging port. The woman that helped me was super friendly and personable! If I ever have any issues in the future, I'll have no worries coming here.

My husband and I went there to upgrade his phone, but when we walked in, no one could be found. We stood in store for roughly 5 minutes, then I started knocking on the door to the back of the store. Still no one answered. After about 10 minutes of no one to be found, we left.

The manager of the store told us our phones were eligible for a special promotional trade in and that we would get $800 towards new phones if we upgrade. When we sent them in, they gave us no credit for them and have still not gotten anywhere after a year! We were supposed to each get $800 credit towards our new phones in monthly installments. Instead they basically stole our phones that were fully paid for and have given us no credit for them and trying to talk to them and get what is owed to you is impossible!! I'm making payments on 2 phones that I shouldn't be making. Thieves! 0 stars!

We had a fantastic experience with Joe. He was helping out this store but works at the Helena store normally. He was understanding, helpful, patient, and overall so wonderful. Amazing customer service!!! When other guests walked in he did hesitate to greet them. Joe also kept the guests informed that he would help them soon. I honestly love that kind of customer service. It makes me feel they did not forget I am waiting.

Terrible service. Employees made a shipping mistake for my phone and their solution was to tell me to go home, wait two weeks, pay the upgrade fees, request a refund and then come back for a new upgrade. Completely unacceptable
