I have dealt with most of the guys at Aspen Sound through the years, all very knowledgeable and good at what they do. Tom has some amazing staff and prices are always reasonable too. Cannot recommend them enough. Latest trip was an upgrade radio in the Jeep with some nice off road features built in for what we enjoy doing the most. Thanks again

Tricked me into buying wayyy too much ground wire when in actuality I only needed a foot or two. Once the wire is cut it is non refundable but after giving my spiel this should've been avoided.

Didn't get what I agreed to buy. Amp turned all the way down and will have to take the back seat out just to adjust it. Not happy. They did the same to my daughter's truck, but at least I can get to her Amp to adjust.6k between the two systems. Very disappointed.

Refuses to install a remote start in a manual vehicle that doesn't have automatic door locks. I offered to sign a waiver of liability, but they aren't interested in helping at all.

Stopped in to purchase. 2 people working, one on the phone the other with a customer. Fair enough. We were not greeted and then just ignored. A simple we will be right with you would've been fine. We left after 10 minutes of being ignored.

I bought a used car and needed help activating and understanding the Kenwood stereo system. Owner the Missoula store, Tom Allison personally spent an hour of his valuable time with me, updating software, programming and setting up various functions, as well as, orientating me to the overall function of the unit. Tom refused payment and said he was glad to help. Amazing service and so appreciated. I highly recommend this company and would go out of my way to encourage others to utilize their outstanding service. The experts at Aspen Sound do all our remote start kits. Living in the country with long winters, lots of snow, and half a dozen vehicles we sell & upgrade regularly, that's a lot of remote starts! My mom even came down from Kalispell so they could do hers. The Aspen Sound team is professional, reliable, and expedient. They've always done for us exactly what they said they would, on time, with superb results. We'd never go anywhere else!

Brought my Subaru in and these guys did an amazing job installing my stereo and remote start. They also do awesome job on windows tinting as well. Definitely recommend Aspen Sound!

About a year ago I ordered a bunch of equipment from Crutchfield, and online supplier of car audio equipment.. at the time I had to explain my expenditures to the boyfriend. At the time, this made me remember my experience here at Aspen, which is one of the very few retail installers in the area.It was bizarre and uncomfortable. Possible the counter/sales guy that created this impression is gone; sales is a rough business, especially if you pick and choose who you are going to sell stereos to for the big boss over in Spokane. Also, this was over a year ago, but bad impressions are the best impression they say.I have an old truck, i.e. not some pos with a plastic unbody guard and a cheap cherry pack exhaust, which may be why this saturnine and poorly-dressed young person was not interested in it. This is speculation. It currently has about $2700 of adequate to the vehicle stereo equipment in it, self-installed - it's not rocket science. Keep that in mind as you have your own possibly bizarre and uncomfortable experiences here. Maybe communicate any such experience to the owner, who prides himself on touring his shops apparently.
