I came 72 miles for an appointment and the shop was closed due to a local storm the night before, but the shop gave no call or message the next day to cancel my appointment. So, I give one star on customer service. I went to an alternate framing shop the same day that was open and gave me great service.

I recently had a stained glass panel framed by Katie and it was a wonderful experience. The quality of work is excellent and delivered at a fair price, but the personal service was outstanding! Katie is wonderful to work with and I highly recommend Art Attic!

I went to every major framing place in town, and have nothing bad to say about the others. But the interactions I had with Emily here were just exceptional. So friendly, so knowledgeable, so responsive, (so patient! with my endless changes and new questions), and such beautiful work. More and more, I patronize a business not only because it does what it needs to do well, but because the human element is right -- somebody's heart is in the thing, and they engage with you with real attention and warmth. This place, and Emily in particular, were beyond in both these categories.

I am glad I decided to give my business to The Art Attic. The crew was very helpful, accommodating, hands on and helped guide me in my aesthetic choices so that the finished product was superb. I cannot overstate my satisfaction and delight with the custom framing of a large scale print done by Emily and crew at the Art Attic. Emily was prompt, efficient and accommodating! Also, during this time of Covid, I appreciated their use of masks, social distancing and hand sanitizers. If you need a project framed, head to the Art Attic!!

These ladies are so professional and never disappoint. Their attention to detail is amazing, and the shop itself is so cozy and charming. If you have a project that needs to be framed you owe it to yourself to take it in to Art Attic because they are hands down the best at what they do.

Emily is talented and capable and truly enjoys finding the perfect mat and frame for your artwork. The shop is neat and clean. She framed two of our pieces, and even cleaned the vintage one with vinegar and a q-tip just as a favor. Lovely attention to detail, the finished products were amazing. She is also really good at finding affordable options if that's a concern.

Simply put, I wouldn't take my art anywhere else. The Art Attic has a wonderful array of matting and framing options. Customer service is on point-everyone at the shop listens to your vision for the piece and helps guide you through the options. Each piece is even more beautiful and unique after the crew has worked their magic. I trust the Art Attic to help me preserve my art for years to come!
