~ 5 stars all the way, definitely recommend ~We have had the pleasure of using ABS's services for quite some time now.Technology can be such a great tool - but also a pain! Every time we have had any issue with our printer, no matter how minor, ABS has gotten a tech over to service it in a remarkable amount of time. For a large company like ours, it means so much to know that we can depend on ABS and won't have to wait days or weeks for resolution.The service technicians are friendly and knowledgeable; they all are very informative as far as what became of their diagnostics and what steps they were taking to resolve.Taunya and Judy both exhibit some of the best customer service I have experienced! They treat their customers with care and genuinely show their desire to provide support!Great staff, great company!

Anders Business Solutions, there's a reason they've been in business in Missoula for almost 60 years, while many companies in the industry have come & gone here. They are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and prompt with their services, and they do it all. They have been around for many years, but only due to there being limited competition in the area.The technicians work well with print apparatuses, but anything else is outside of their scope of expertise.Most of the guys are trained on very specific things and outside of that they have very limited knowledge or training.

They charge very high rates for technicians that don't know what they are doing.I have worked in two different offices using their services and we had to cancel in both.There were perpetual billing errors on top of the inadequate service.
