Stylist: Gracie has highlighted and root touch up 2 times for me. She is an excellent colorist and knowledgeable stylist. I am concerned with a new stylist bc my hair is most important to me… more important than the price. Gracie is trustworthy which takes stress away of a new stylist and style. She is also very kind and listens to your concerns, understands and addresses to perfection. I highly recommend Gracie at Allure. Thank you all staff for giving me a happy and blessed day. Lauraleigh

Will destroy your hair beyond repair and zero accountability. The hairstylist , Gracey, damaged my hair so badly that 3 months later no other stylist dares to touch my hair or help me. Worst mistake i made is trust Gracey. Now, Any hair salon I go to for the consultation are shocked at what is done to my hair. The manager/ owner also did not care and mentioned that the hair stylist at this salon are their own boss. Looking back i don’t even know if Gracey was high or something to do what she did to my hair. The sides of my hair was too damaged by the bleach that they fell off. I had asked her not to bleach the roots so it had the shadow effect. She had bleached that too but then decided to put dark hair color. Once my hair was washed i was so shocked. She didn’t just put the dark color on roots but colored the over bleached roots, 4 inches or more of it, back to BLACK.

My wife has been going to Rachel for years and I followed suit after I decided to grow my hair long. Rachel makes me feel like a million bucks. She's genuine, kind, and does a fantastic job.

Vanessa sceewed up my lashes so badly I went to two places who told me she was clumping my lashes together and gluing fans of volume lashes on top of them. The extension size were so big they were twisted and stuck together. They needed to be filled weekly to maintain them. Two other experts told me it was the worse extension job they had seen and told me ask for a refund. My new set of extensions lasted all of one full day after paying Vanessa. The next day, I barely had any. They were all falling off all day long. They were matted together and stripped out my natural lashes. Vanessa tried blaming my beauty routine and my products. I use no oil products and that was not the problem. My lashes were virtually stumps and large clumps were missing in other areas. The glue was so stuck to my lashes that they were being pulled out in clumps. They had to be professionally removed at another lash company. I had grown them out for a year before this to be ready for a new set of extensions. She refused to make it right and would not give me a refund. Save your money ladies. I spent a total of $200 for lashes that lasted one day instead of at least two weeks to a month. What a rip off. Customer service is a joke. This was not made right. I was not offered a brand new set of lashes to compensate me for my money lost because she screwed up my lashes the first time. Ladies, go to the Lash Co. in Missoula. They knoe what they are doing and are highly professional. I used Vanessa's services for a full year prior to this incident, and I believed in her skills as a lash extension specialist. I can't believe that she gave me such a set of lashes. I wanted large fake lashes, and I got a sticky, gluey mess and lost tons of lashes in the process. Do Not Get Lash Extensions by Vanessa!
