I had both a climate controlled and non climate controlled unit here since 2013 and was amazed when I recently cleaned out my units after 5 years of not visiting that everything was in perfect condition. No rodents, water damage, or mold. This was a very different experience than I've had at other storage centers. I especially appreciated that even with periodic failures of my payments to process due to new debit cards that they were always diligent in reaching out to me. This was critical since I lived so far away from the units and have had family members who had their posessions auctioned off at a different facility due to non payment. I highly recommend All Star Self Storage and will always use them in the future. There's no one better.

Great facility! The staff was very friendly & over the top helpful in getting us set up with a storage unit as our University of Montana student transitioned from one apartment to an other. All Star Self Storage was very clean and had great security in place so you never felt like your items would be at risk.

I rented a 10x10 unit for several months. This was a better price then anywhere else I could find (other than some really old facilities with no security) and the customer service was excellent. Will definitely use you again the next time I need a unit.

Rented here for over a year. Always clean and well maintained and very secure grounds with lots of cameras. 24 hour access too. The one time I had to ask something of management they were fast and responsive and easy to work with. Everything you would want in a place to store your stuff!

Super customer service. THey have a really clean place and it was well lit at night (I usually get off work late in the day), a lot of security cameras around made me feel like my stuff was safe. It worked out perfectly for me and was probably the nicest storage units that I have used anywhere.

I rented a storage unit for about 6 months here. I just moved out and into my new home. The people at All Star are super friendly, very helpful and straight forward. Some of the best customer service I have had in awhile. I would definitely rent from them again in the future if I need storage. Thank you!

On September 3rd, 2015, I loaded $57.50 onto my debit card to pay my monthly storage unit fee of $50 due for September 2015. I called the "manager" at All Star Storage to pay for the storage unit rental fee that was due. The "manager" informed me that he was unable to charge my card---that the card was declined. I asked him to try again because i knew that there were funds available. He told me again that the card was declined again. I told the "manager" that I would check my account for that card and call him back. I looked up my debit card account using the app on my phone and saw that there was not only the authorization for $50 but for $7.50 as well. I called the "manager" back and explained to him that my debit card account showed to charges pending from All Star Storage; $50 & $7.50. The "manager" argued with me saying that he had not been able to charge my card. I told the "manager" that I would call the card issuer to find out the status of the charges---even though they showed up pending on my account when I went online and checked it. I called the card issuer and explained the "situation" I was having with the All Star Storage "manager" and how the "manager" argued with me about whether or not my card was charged. The representative that I spoke to explained to me that both transactions, the $7.50 and the $50 that All Star Storage initiated, were showing up as successful transactions---the charges did go through and were shown as pending charges on my account. I called the "manager" at All Star Storage back after speaking to the representative for my debit card issuer. I explained to him that the two charges from All Star Storage were showing up on my account as successful transactions and that I no longer had access to the funds. The "manager" continued arguing with me that he did not charge my card and that my card was declined. Since then, the "manager" has locked me out of my storage unit, so I have been denied access to my belongings. My debit card account still shows the $50 charge, initiated by All Star Storage on September 3, 2015, as pending and the $7.50 charge, initiated by All Star Storage on September 3, 2015, as completed---as of 3:48 a.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2015. Not only did this "manager" OVERCHARGE my debit card on September 3rd and continue to argue with me about whether or not my debit card was charged, but he as locked me out of my storage unit, as well. If you are the owner of All Star Storage, I would appreciate it if you would contact me. At this point, I would like the contents of my storage unit and the $ 57.50 that my debit card has been charged by All Star Storage. This situation has gone too far and I am putting All Star Storage on notice: I will be pursuing legal action starting today, September 10, 2015. Everything that I have stated is true and supported by transaction records from the issuer of my debit card, including the exact date and time that my debit card was authorized by the "manager" at All Star Storage. ***The rent payment was due on the 1st of the month. However, in accordance with the rental agreement that I signed, was within the grace period and not considered a late payment on the 3rd of the month.
