  At the deli counter this morning, I asked the worker what one of the bowls of fried chicken was (wings, legs, breasts, etc.), because there were no labels and I couldn't tell them apart. She responded in the most sardonic voice, "It's fried chicken. Do you know what a chicken is? They have a head, two wings, two legs..."
  I came in for lunch and was instead given the most obnoxious attitude for no reason. She had grey/black hair and a sharp face. I didn't get her name. Please let your employees know not to treat their customers with such disrespect.

  I have had nothing but subpar customer service from albertsons on Oxford. The same can go for albertsons on reserve. Owner/district manager are never available to talk with their customers clearly they think they have the same type of clearance as the President of the United States and can’t be bothered by the people that keep them in nice houses and in warm beds - their customers.
  From Frontline store managers to the outsourcing of corporate calls to overseas operators, who are clearly not managers or owners or district managers, and obviously cannot help . Then they sent me to some random store in Arizona??!!! Shocker??? Nah, not really in my opinion that’s what happens when he source your customer service overseas. I can’t even imagine the money that that is saving them by not employing people in the states instead. I suppose we will see if I get a call back from district general manager, but something tells me that won’t happen since they don’t even have an ETA As to when these calls will be returned. Not 5 to 7 business days, not 10 business days, not 30 business days maybe up to a year! at least that I was told “there’s no real way to know when they may give you a call back. We have no time frames or ideas. We have no idea how long it will take.” Wow. It must be nice to live such a cushy lifestyle and never ever ever have to be bothered with making a simple phone call to the very customers that keep you in that comfortable lifestyle it’s unreal

  It's your basic friendly everyday neighborhood store. I only wish all Albertsons stores had a similar set up to one another. It makes it little confusing from town to town.( between Livingston,Bozeman, Belgrade, and Missoula

  Your worker, Carson makes me severely uncomfortable and stares at me intensely every time I have to visit this location. He absolutely disgusts me and I’d rather drive across town to yokes or the reserve Albertsons than have to deal with him. He acts rude and is very unprofessional

  Albertsons usual had great produce and meat but this batch of corn had worms. Just bought it three days ago so didn't notice until today. Kind of a waste but it happens at no fault to the store. Hopefully the rest of their corn is fine.

  For custom cakes for children's birthdays or really ANY occasion go to straight to Nikki, I lost my other cake decorator at the reserve branch, and order cakes often from Albertsons' for a lot of events.
  
  I will be posting her talent throughout the years I develop a relationship to her, and she did what no other decorator would offer to do - I know it is a shortage but it is also employee shortages licensing restrictions and supply issues, normally Albertsons does not have that issue but every other decorator I called just said they don't have the skill to work with fondant.
  
  Please tip her and pay her compliments because she really is the best, my formal decorator was promoted to manager which is why I no longer had one.

  Some times I can find special items here that other stores don’t carry, but today I just needed a loaf of bread. I was shocked to see the bread was priced $2.00 more than my regular (WM) store. Pure greed or union wages….? Can’t afford to be ripped off like this.

  Went in to get a 5 gallon water bottle where it says to pay a small deposit to get your bottle. Every bottle available had liquid in it or dirt on the outside from the previous user. Disgusting!
