Unable to get ahold of even during office hours. Never in the office or able to return calls. We had added a person to our insurance for a month and when we wanted to get them removed they were incapable of returning our calls to drop the person causing us to continue paying for someone who wasn't on the insurance and when we requested a refund for the months on end of paying for a person who wasn't using our insurance they were incapable of sending the accurate amount of a refund back. I would never recommend this insurance to someone who is hoping to have an open communication. You will be left ignored for weeks to months.

Awful company. Worked with them for a year and in that year I barely could get ahold of them. Would go to even the business and it would be closed during business hours. When they finally were giving me my refund back it’s not even the right amount when they are at fault. I would never recommend them.

I had been using this insurer for a few years, and as of this year, I experienced unprofessionalism. I have made phone calls and visits to this office to not having anyone present or returning my calls/voicemails. I was sent to collections for a change in bank accounts without any communication back concerning my insurance policy at the time. Please do yourself and everyone a favor- do not go here! You will not be in great hands.

Use to be a great company when it was run under Steve Graves. I’ve been with them for over 15 years. The new owner is non-existent, never ever returns phone calls. Ever. You can call 100000 times and leave just as many voicemails, nothing!

I have been with this Agency for a year, and have called them multiple times and have not once gotten a return phone call. I have to go into the office physically to get anything done. I'm switching companies today.

I've been a customer for 10 years. Over the last 10 years they have been amazing. But this year absolute garbage. Eric does not return any of your phone calls, and leaves you with no home owners insurance when it's up for renewal. I called and left 8 voicemails over the course of 3 weeks and not once did he return a single call. It's was extremely unprofessional, especially since I've been a customer there for so long. I do not recommend using them and anyone who does should find someone else that actually cares. I'm not sure what's happened to this business but its only gone down hill. Good luck to anyone who chooses to use this company I know I will never go back.

Ran by human beings. Yeah, they take time off every now and then. They get sick, and leave early sometimes. They also care. If you ask them to find you cheaper insurance they will spend as much time as it takes, checking every company that serves Montana. From Progressive to state farm until they know if cheaper insurance is possible for you. This is a one stop shop for all your insurance needs. Last time I checked they needed some customer sensitivity training, but that's okay.

Noone ever answers the phone. They say their hours are until 5 pm but never is there someone there till 5 pm on a Friday. Ever since Steve retired its gotten worse. Ive been with Affordable insurance for over 15 years and now im shopping for someone new.

Steve took the time to explain what coverages were best for me and looked over my driving record because i had told him about an accident i had a few years earlier. To make a long story short the man took the time to educate me on what coverage was best for my situation and when to take a look again to save me money instead of just selling me a coverage and collecting my money every month. Good honest guy who tells it like it is.
