It’s hard to pick a body shop for the first time. A little deer strike turned into a three month project due to length of time between getting estimate (which happened the next day after I called them) approved by insurance co, to ordering parts and then scheduling repairs. I originally chose them because 1) they answered the phone and got us in quickly for the estimate. Others were either closed or did not answer, or were booked weeks out for getting an estimate. Throughout the process the stayed in touch and updated timeframes and cost as they commenced tear down and then repairs. All in all they are a family business and are very customer focused in an industry that deals with very personal issues (my vehicle)!

I had a good experience with Action Autobody after hitting a deer with my truck. Everyone I encountered were friendly, courteous, and professional. They did a great job with my truck. I did bring it back for a minor issue, which they are in the process of fixing. My experience with them leads me to believe they stand by their work. I would definitely recommend them!

I have used the action auto body in the past and they were fantastic, so when I had another accident, I chose to go right back to them. This was my company car, They did a great job got it done sooner than expected I would definitely recommend Action Auto Body!!
They were fast efficient and very friendly and Professional.

I had a large dent in my truck that I needed fixed and they got it pulled out the same day I went in for the estimate within a few hours. They charged a very reasonable price, which helped since I was paying out of pocket. The staff was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this place!
