We called on Sat and said we would be traveling from Billings to Miles City to test drive and probably purchase a side by side. Confirmed price on a particular vehicle and got there and the Rzr had not been cleaned up. It was sitting there in the open for 6 months. We and our trailer and 21000 left. I wouldn’t even sit in it because it was so dirty.

I have bought 2 vehicles from these folks now, first was a brand new 2022 kawasaki klx230s, the second a 2015 kawasaki mule pro fxt. Both times the process was quick and painless which was handy beings as I drove 2 hours to get there. If I ever buy any other outdoor toy/workhorse I definitely plan on coming back. Ben and the crew are great, giving my twin toddlers gummies and offering ice cream to them to keep them preoccupied. Their prices and customer service quality are 2nd to none. I very highly recommend these good folks to anyone looking.

Will waste your time having you come in to fill out paperwork, rather than just letting you take care of everything online. On top of that, you get ignored when walking in to look at their inventory. You would think in the middle of winter that the ladies at the front desk would be happy to have someone walk in. Especially with a dealership where they are paid hefty amounts for what amounts to reselling products like Polaris. Instead you just get abrupt responses, like it is an inconvenience to them for you to be there. Great inventory, especially for a smaller town but was disappointed.
