Every request is answered immediately and a solution is found. First Interstate Bank is slow actually processing changes as far as their software, which is slower than expected. For instance a Bill Pay check doesn't go out for almost a week. Things I expected to be automatic, are slower than expected for the bank to implement, withing their computer system.
