They never deliver our packages. They always say there are too big. You never get a notice most of the time and you must figure out where it is. When you pick up they are barely friendly. We pay shipping to get it delivered at our home.

Packages are never in my box on time or marked as delivered then they are not actually delivered, or my package will sit in the post office for days at a time, then when i go in to ask for my package the staff is very impolite and refuses to give me my package or says they don’t have time.

Tired of packages saying delivered but not being put in your p.o box. Then when you go to the front desk to ask if you can pick up your package you are met with rudeness and attitude.

Nothing but friendly service from office staff to drivers. We’ve encountered a mistake here and there but nobody’s perfect and if addressed with a positive attitude staff have been eager to assist with a solution.

everybody always leaves bad reviews when something goes wrong but rarely leave a positive review for a normal business doing their job. honestly this post office is great and we’ve never had an issue here. The only reason I will ever go to Belgrade or Bozeman is if this office is closed for the day but even then I’ll usually just wait till they open the next day because they’re so much better to deal with than the other ones in the area.

Well let’s see here got ripped off by the lady at the desk charged me a full 20$ plus for ground shipping no insurance for a tiny package that only weighed 2 pounds! Super rude lady obviously can’t count and or your a scam artist either way save yourself money and time and go to the UPS in Belgrade!.

Always a nice experience here but today was extra. I had 2 large packages and my toddler with me and the gentleman behind the counter helped carry my box to the car without question. Just a small kind gesture I wanted to recognize. Thank you for your help?

Closed FAR more than they're open. News Flash people run errands to the post office on their lunch hour. Incorrect mail is often in po boxes.
