These guys hold onto items forever before sorting, dont put anything in the drop box if you want it sent out the same week. The lady that answers the phone on Mondays is rude and has a really bad attitude, doesnt listen to anything said to her unless she wants to complain about it but wants to lecture you for an hour if you call because something is wrong with a package and you want to pick it up. Great at making threats to customers about sending packages back if she sees your name come up again though, I'll give her that.

Nice little town Post Office. Mailing packages or buying stamps is usually very quick. Fast service. People are friendly and knowledgeable. The Lolo PO is the best place to mail things at Christmas time - very little wait time.

I am a small business owner and use USPS and the Lolo post office to ship and receive packages six days a week. I’m very appreciative of the friendly and helpful staff. I love them and I love this post office! Highly recommended! THANK YOU!!

Both the clerks who work here are very rude and unprofessional. Avoid this post office unless you want to be discriminated against and belittled. Every time I go in they treat me like garbage.

I regularly order products from eBay and Amazon and this post office has the worst service I've ever experienced. From randomly being locked out of my PO box to lots of undelivered packages that state they were delivered. Leading me to start return processes on lost items only to receive them two months late.I've never been this fed up with an establishment!!

This post office is the BEST. The postal worker's are super friendly. They have helped me with mailing off things, and other mailing issues.I really wish it was against the law to park in front of mail boxes. I live in an apartment complex, and someone is constantly parking in front of mailboxs, which causes the mail person not to be able to get to the mailboxs. I had to go to post office to get our week long mail because of this.Something needs to be done about this, so our mail person can do their job in safety.

Prime example of why we need to look closer at privatizing the USPS. Lolo, MT is a small community with close to 4,000 residents. The USPS mail delivery in Lolo, MT is THE WORST. When I mail things to Lolo, MT... it won't get delivered. It is often returned to sender. I sent some things first class to a local small business owner. Not deliverable. I called and asked the intended receiver. "yeah... our post office is terrible. They won't deliver on our street". They gave me their post office box. I resent it to the post office box. Returned again. Verified post office box is supposedly vacant. bwhahaha What a total joke.

Very nice people and rarely a line. However, this.post office does not stock USPS supplies. They refuse to order them and never have anything in the actual post office. The only supplies they have are ones they sell. If you need to ship anything Express or priority you have to order your own supplies. Every other post office in Montana carries basic shipping supplies except this one.

Our mail always goes missing late checks muddy trampled mail and now the carrier gets away with stealing our packages and the people I talk to make excuses for him and do not deal with it, we will use ups for everything you suck!

It's the best post office ever. There's almost never a line and the people are so friendly and helpful. Buy some stamps and send your mother a letter. She misses you.
