“I stopped by Crazy Horse Consignment on my way back to Missoula to find cowboy boots and a hat. When I say Johanna provided 5 star service, it is an understatement. She cleaned my hat, took off the old hat band, put a new one on, punched new holes in a belt I wanted, and polished and buffed my boots. She never tried to push me to buy more (it wouldn’t have been hard to do because her selection was so amazing) and the pricing was fair. Thank you so much Johanna!! You made my last few hours in Montana so memorable and I’m so happy I found your shop. I definitely will be coming back the next time I am in town!!!”
