A friend of mine has always been a loyal Town Pump customer in Lolo.. But recently was treated like a criminal all because they felt she was using too much creamer in her coffee! First they told her she had to pay extra for the creamer which she agreed to.. 3 days later She was told to leave and not to come back to shop in their store. She bought her gas, coffee, and other items there. I know, sounds shocking but true!

Shame on you town pump..the deli manager and the stalker! They 86ed a lady for using too much creamer a few days ago! And the way they did it!! No more town pump for me!! Shame Shame on you!!!

Handed the cashier over $4.50 in change for gas. Apparently he can't count money and only put $3.25 onto the pump. Was in a hurry and didn't want to argue with him about it. If you want real service go at night when the older staff works or just go to the smaller town pump down the road. 11:45 AM 2/12/22.

Thought I’d give this place 2-3 more tries before leaving a review. This is mainly for Friday afternoons I’ve been in there. One young male staff is incredibly rude, grabbing the items out of my hand to ring them up, practically threw my change at me, no conversation at all. He seems to have an anger issue, shouldn’t be working with the public acting like this, sorry if you don’t like your job dude, don’t take it out on customers.
