“I’ve been in the store several times since moving to Missoula in 7/2024. Every associate has been friendly and very helpful. Today they really shined. I was near tears due to an urgent package delivery that was not supposed to require signature but did, and therefore was not delivered yesterday to my home as planned. It caused a cascade of financial repercussions so when I arrived at the store this morning and it was not yet there, I was extremely frustrated. The associate I worked with (I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name) immediately offered to call the UPS distribution center and had them pull it out and hold it for me so I could pick it up there. You saved me a ton of money and frustration, I’m so grateful! Thank you for handling my hysteria with grace and phenomenal customer service!”
“Really nice and convenient ship center right on campus and on top of that they seem to have everything you could need for a decently reasonable price from stamps to different boxes and it's pretty clean and organized as well which helps you find what your looking for and they have a drop box outside the ship center for packages”

“I went to the post office on 6/5 to mail off a walking cane. They were rude told me to "frankenstein" a package together if I wanted to mail it. I've never mailed a package like this before and didn't quite know what to do.
I left and went to the UPS store on Brooks to figure out how to package a cane. The woman that helped me was very kind and polite. Her name was Megan. She did an amazing job creating a custom package to fit this cane like a glove. It saved me a lot of trouble and money. It also made my whole day to see that people with geniuine ambition, kindness, and work ethic still exist. What a great experience. Thanks again :)”

“These guys should easily have 5 Stars!!! Most definitely the ONLY post office to use in Missoula! Every single time I go here, I get treated with the utmost respect— even when they’re incredibly busy! The staff take their time in helping me, give me great advice and tips on saving money when sending a package. You can just tell that the workers here genuinely care, it really shows and that means a lot. Compared to the Post Office on Kent, this place is like Royalty! Please, drive the extra distance to visit THIS post office!”

“Nice little town Post Office. Mailing packages or buying stamps is usually very quick. Fast service. People are friendly and knowledgeable. The Lolo PO is the best place to mail things at Christmas time - very little wait time.”
