I originally had problems with service dropping, slow connection but that was years ago. They have really upped their service. At least in the Madison Valley where we are. Technical services always call back even if it is a weekend.

Internet was out for 2 weeks after a small snow storm, and we pay for high service but still get almost the same up and down as before we switched to itEdit: we have gotten it fixed and we are currently experiencing good connection, and internet was down by user error
