Damen was extremely helpful. After experiencing a bit of a nightmare issue with t-mobile, Damen was able to seamlessly assist me in transferring to Verizon, keeping my number, and getting a great new phone utilizing a promotion. He was calm, efficient, kind, and helpful. Highly recommend.
