I needed a pair of hiking pants for my son and they went out of their way to find the smallest size they could and set them aside for me. The only downside was they didn’t seem to carry children’s sizes and they the pants were expensive. However, they were very high quality.

Three weeks into a charity bike ride stopped in to have my Specialized Roubaix looked at for a chain issue. Jordan in the service department provided excellent customer service. Fixed the chain issue quickly and found two other issues that he also solved so the trip to Glacier Valley went well.
