  Got some jerky and sausage for my family for Christmas. Jerky was very flavorful and tender, you can tell it’s very fresh and natural. The summer sausages were delicious. Shipping was fast too! We also got some of the dog treats and those were a huge hit with the doggies. Can’t wait to try more from Hi-Country!

  Maybe I just got a bad batch or something. But if you could cut back on the gristle it would be much better. The flavor is good.

  Wonderful small batch jerky made in small town Montana.Great flavors without to many processing ingredients and great prices. I live in New Mexico and I will always be a customer!
