“Patty, Ericka, and Kaya are amazing! They always are friendly and very helpful. They are able to answer all of my off the wall questions regarding my animals and always do so with a smile on their faces. It is nice to be able to get the supplies I need for my animals in town.”
“I can’t say enough about this shelter and the volunteers that keep it afloat.My dog passed and I missed her so much that I couldn’t shake it- I reached out to KPFL to volunteer - it seemed to make sense to help other dogs if I couldn’t have mine anymore. I started that day walking the dogs.The staff kept thanking me, and all I could think is how grateful I was for them and the work they do.It stuck. I became a board member and although I travel and am remote from the position they hear my ideas with thoughtfulness and a “how can we make that work” to benefit the shelter.They TRULY care about the quality of the animal’s life and honor them where they are.This place is a blessing for me and a blessing for the state of Montana.”
