This is the second time that I have come to ship an item out before I have to go to work. The first time (about a month ago) I arrived at 7:30 and Carla finally arrived at 7:45 or thereabouts. No comment regarding delay etc. Today 2/26, I arrived at 7:35 and waited until 7:50 before I left. I couldn’t wait any longer or I would be late to work. I stopped by the store on my lunch break to ship my package. I mentioned that I had waited this morning and had to leave before someone actually arrived to open up. The young man at the counter said, “Oh, sorry. What is your phone number?”If staff is unable to arrive for a 7:30 opening, maybe the hours need to be changed. It is a convenience for people to be able to drop packages off before they have to go to work, but my experience is that it isn’t working.

I went there to ship some boxes, I was the only person in the store and Carla the sales associate was on her phone. When I stepped up to the counter she looked over at me, never acknowledged me but took her conversation off speaker after 5 minutes and proceeded to continue to talk on the phone to, I’m assuming a friend, because they were discussing Joyce Meyers and her books as well as a few members of the church they both attend. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes at this point she finally said “well I should let you go, I have a customer here.” Then as she is getting my shipping labels created, proceeded to answer the store phone and walk away from the transaction to answer questions from the customer who was on the phone. Something that should’ve and could’ve taken less than 5 minutes took the better part of 20 minutes. Hopefully this was a one off and this doesn’t happen all the time but based on the ease at which she conducted herself, I’d say it’s probably daily behavior.

We have gone into this location on two different occasions. Once with a QR code to ship without a box and they refused to send it. We went to another UPS store , scanned the same code and sent it with no problem! The other time they said we needed to find our own box.

I was on a road trip on my motorcycle and had bought too many souvenirs and head to send some stuff back home. The lady that helped me at the store was extremely helpful, and was very diligent in making sure that the fragile items were packaged well and they were received unbroken. A++++

Service so stressful I’m closing my box. Had to beg for a key for six months anyway, poor start. There’s a young man here with no business serving customers. I avoid getting my business mail during hours he’s on duty, berating all comers at top volume. Everyone leaves angry now. It’s too toxic. I’m out.

This is my go to place for getting stuff notarized, shipped or printed. Everyone listens, and helps to better my experience. I could go to the bank, I could go to post office or a print shop but I choose to go here because it's convenient and everyone is so kind I want to do business here.

I am a full time RVer. I have used the services many UPS stores. This is by far the best of the bunch. Friendly helpful. I wish they were the store near where I winter.

Went in to get a title notarized and when the notary got back from lunch I was ignored by both of the employees there even with one of them knowing what I was there for. So I let and went to a bank it was much faster and they were even happy to help won't be going back there ever
