Excellent service. And fast, like nascar! Very communicative about all they are doing and what they find in the way of other items that may need to be looked at. No pressure in This though. Had our RV oil changed here.

My son took his truck to get an oil change, they topped off the brake fluid and less then 500 miles later the break system went out. Les Schwab stated someone topped it off with something other than break fluid, destroying the entire system and causing me a $2500 repair bill. Master Lube of course said it wasn't their fault and refused to pay for the damages they caused. They said I should file a claim on my own insurance to cover their negligence.

I called and asked if they were available to change my oil, first come first serve! The team was amazing to watch work together ? and it was more then just an oil change, they topped off other fluids, washed my window, checked my filter, vacuumed the driver side and so much more and they had me out super fast and it’s all still just blowing my mind ?. They were super affordable, super friendly and I definitely plan on coming back!

I'm just passing through on my way back to Chicago and found this place through Google Maps. They were busy but were efficient. It's fascinating and also reassuring to hear how the service techs verbalize each item to one another for confirmation before signing off and sending a vehicle out the door. The level of professionalism blows basically every oil change shop in Chicago I've been to out of the water. And the free ice cream is a very nice touch. ?
