Because of a system error. I had to schedule a second appointment. I was only free at that time and now have to cancel on a prior commitment. The tax pro called someone but it was not IT support. Didn’t bother to even try calling the actual person who did my taxes earlier. Another error when going online to check my past returns. 1-800 support couldn’t even help. Just told me to try tomorrow.

Still haven't received my return and I did mine with them on the Feb. 10th I had an easier tax return this year and some how its taken longer whats worst is the IRS has no information on me.I also did not get my $50 for referring someone and neither did they.Maybe it's just the laurel location but after going there for 5 yrs this was my worst experience and still haven't seen a dollar yet.
