I've been using them for years, i need a copy of my last 5 years taxes as I'm in the middle of a divorce. They want $25 per year. I'm done with them, that is just plain rude.

It does take a while to get in to them, but once you are in...boy is it worth it. I have been going there for over 25 years and they are so knowledgible, nice and helpful. I always walk out of there smiling..even if I owe Old Uncle Sam!
