“We pulled in with steam pouring from under the hood thinking we were stuck hours away from our destination late on a Sunday with a horse in tow and an unhappy cat!. Will deserves more than 5 stars! He was friendly and helpful (even though we weren’t, we were a bit panicked and stressed ?). He helped us get the car cooled down, showed us what fluids and things to check, offered us water for the animals, got the radiator filled up, gave us advice on what to do if we overheated again and got us back on the road as quickly as possible. We are so grateful, if you ever break down we suggest this auto zone. Will will do what he can to have your back!”
