“Imagine people being so entitled that they think the post office knows when they magically come back into town as the most recent review states. There have been a lot of new faces there but they try the best they can. These guys are so short handed and always greet you with a smile from the experience I’ve personally had. We all need to show some patience and grace. We need to understand these guys are showing up every day to provide us with a service and if we treat them as I’ve witnessed, we’ll lose them. As is almost everywhere we go. If you want a good customer service experience, it starts with you. Be a good customer.”
