Maybe its just a sign of the times, but they never pick up their phones. I expect "my bank" to do this (or at least provider an opportunity to leave a message and get a call back). Their website/AI is pretty good but not good enough to answer all of my questions. Now I have to go over there to get someone to answer what I think is a straight forward query - annoying ...

Wells Fargo is HORRIBLE!!! Trying to charge a $30 fee to transfer money from one Wells account to another Wells account! Seriously, trying to make more money on funds they have!!! What a joke!

Terrible customer service. Never willing to help anyone. Always pointing fingers at other companies when they continuously mess stuff up. Definitely do not bank here.

You guys need to replace this locations 24hr ATM three times in the past month I have reported this ATM not functioning properly and continuously being unavailable for deposits and every time I get told I will report it or I have reported it and it escalated to our management team. I’m still waiting… What’s the point of having a 24hr ATM if it doesn’t work?

This branch is OK, Wells Fargo as an entity is absolutely horrible. On the 17th of this month I did a mobile deposit, I will now not be receiving it until the 29th! The local branch can't help nor can the 1-800 number, so I'm really just wondering how and why is my money being held and by who!? Who determines these things!? 1.3 billion a year in overdraft fees alone, that is also sickening!!

Went in to pull out money because I didn’t have a card at the moment due to it being used online so they sent me another one. Just went in to get some cash pulled out to use for the day and the lady named Clara was terrible wasn’t even the one helping me. But had to talk over the helpful Man who was helping me. Very unprofessional and rude. Thought she new everything that was going on but in reality had no clue. Terrible customer service.

Monday, March 14th, Austin Willis, Assistant Vice President, helped me with a very complicated transaction related to the settlement of my mom's estate and the distribution of funds to the appropriate parties. Austin was knowledgeable, patient, and kind as he worked through some challenging issues with communication and three bank accounts. I want to be sure that others will know what an excellent bank service Wells Fargo, Kalispell, Highway 93 provides. Thank you, Austin, and Brian Beckmann, Branch Manager.

I called the bank on my way into town to schedule a notary signing because I had a flight scheduled and was going to be close on time. I explained this to the gentleman on the phone. He assured me that I didn’t need an appointment and that a banker would take care of me when I arrived. I spoke to him the moment I arrived. He told me that one of his bankers was on a phone call and the other was with a client. I patiently watched as the banker ended his phone call in the back office then stood up and looked directly at me and then sit back down. The dark haired lady to my right ended her meeting with the client and looked at me out of the corner of her eye and then proceeded to look busy and eventually got up and walked away to a locked door that she had to use a code or key to enter. I knew this lady from working at the other branch in down town Kalispell because she would always complain to me about having to notarize my titles. I knew before she walked away that she knew who I was and what I was there for. I stood there wondering if I was going to make my flight and became suddenly stressed. Both bankers that were suppose to notarize my titles had disappeared. I then went to the line in hopes that maybe the teller would be able to help me. I stood next in line and listened to the teller (Jamie) provide exceptional customer service to the couple who had more than just your regular deposit check type banking needs. Jamie went out of her way to provide them with her phone number and told them to ask for her when they called. As I approached the counter I quickly explained my situation and limited time. Jamie quickly grabbed her notary book and and notarized all 4 of my Titles at the counter. Jamie went above and beyond for the people in front of me as well as myself. As I was leaving the bank the lady had returned to her desk and smiled at me as she would at the other branch when somebody other than herself would notarize my titles.

Got told today that the bank has been building a culture of appointments, and that they would be handled first. I was invited to wait, but that it could take an hour, two hours maybe even three. I was inside to open a checking account for my son. That's alright, there are other banks still inviting enough to handle walk-in traffic. Not trying to be a male Karen here, I just remember when Wells Fargo used to NOT feel like CHASE.

It's either staff refusing to allow me to withdraw money because they said, "you've pulled more than enough out this month." Or withdrawing money from a saving account and not checking, risking me getting an excessive use charge for the saving account. Or putting a deposit in the wrong account causing a bill being paid to bounce.Or just the incredibly rude service. And yes, I've complained and filed reports. They just keep doing it.To be honest, I've never seen a major corporation with a rating this low. But I get it.I'm not sure how corporate hasn't cleaned house yet.

Terrible, people are always so passive agressive and they switched theyre hours without saying anything. Also they never answer the phones so you can’t get a hold of them. I went there a couple days ago to deposit some cash into my savings, the inside was closed but the drive tru wasn’t I went to the drive thru and the person inside glared at me and told me they where closed. Even though the drive through was clearly open.0/100 would not recommend ?
