Pharmacy service is poor. I frequently receive text messages that my prescriptions will be ready on a given date, and when I go to pick them up, they are not ready. Generally, I have to make another trip back to the pharmacy on another day.

I am conflicted.... I love the Pharmacy, and employees like Bob in the self serve checkout line, but am really pissed at their Customer Service/money services area. The lady was rude and her manager, a young well built guy with a dark beard was just as rude to me and my wife when she called later to complain. The bottom line is they didn't want or care to help me get money my wife sent me from another state as I needed some cash. Since she wouldn't accept my paper license (I gave her the temp license with my old license attached as proof because I changed my address and am waiting for the new license in the mail). So my wife looked up the approved submissions on the Walmart app...and it says a PASSPORT is acceptable). So I drove 25 miles back home to get my passport and drove back 25 miles...and they still would not accept it... she wanted more proof, my credit cards weren't enough either. She wanted another ID with a photo... the temp has my photo, the old license has my photo and the passport. So I had to go to another part of Montana where I just showed my passport and wallah! I got my money. As you can see with the attached page from the Walmart app, they were clearly wrong and i had to pay the price in time, travel and gas. Andmy wife didn't appreciate being talked down to by that manager... he told her not to be silly?

Somebody needs to figure out how not to allow Pick Up scheduling all at 4pm. There is a line waiting to pull up to the parking spots.

Oh my Stars. Crippled with pain I use the electric shopping cart. When I can, I use self-checkout. But not on my last visit. I had to use a cashier. I paid my way through school as a cashier at Walmart and the system monitors your checkout speeds. Evidently it must be extremely hard to find cashiers so they turned off the Speed monitoring system. I got out of line as the first young girl was so extremely, embarrassingly slow. Her face had no expression just dull. Her body language was, " I don't want to be here, don't talk to me, leave me alone". I am crippled with pain but I know, I know that if a Cashier could sit and scan and bag, I could do it at least 3-5 times faster.
That young girl sets a horrible, terrible example of her generation. She is making $12-$14 or more an hour. I was making $5.86 an hour and met Walmart's high standards. I left her line and wheeled to another Cashier over three times her age and that elderly lady had a smile, greeted the customers and checked so much faster. It said alot about the older generations work ethic.
In all other respects & metrics, Kalispell Walmart is Five Stars, without exception the lowest cost Grocer in our Valley, hands-down !
That said, we need another Larger Walmart Store. Our population has grown vastly and the store gets crowded with very impatient tourist and locals. Modern Walmart Stores have wider isles and for the Electric Cart shopper that means everything.

Crowded and understaffed. So basically every Walmart ever. Easily the worst place ever. Don't bother checking their website for availability of items, they are obviously not interested in accuracy of any sort.

Rudest employees I’ve experienced, perhaps ever. They were annoyed when we asked for help. Then the sporting goods guy decided to mess with my wife by speaking a language that wasn’t English nor Spanish, and somehow thought he was being cute.

Good selection of groceries and home goodd. parking lot traffic is a mess. Merchandise/ shelves often in dissaray.

Huge selection of the items you need throughout the house. Clean store with open aisles and plenty of checkout registers.

Totally not going back very rude customer service the transgender worker told me to keep it moving when I simply was asking for help because I'm an elderly person but he was Just not nice about the situation Should of been fired for that behavior!!!!
