Update: the manager called me and made things right. He gave us the open-box discount off the walmart.com price. Thank you! I knocked it down one star bcuz the staff misinformed us at the 1st visit, so there was a fair amount of hassle involved to get a fair price. e just visited this store to look at tvs. They have several with huge discounts because they were returned and are out of the box. We got excited, then looked them up on the walmart website, only to discover that the same tv is LESS money BRAND NEW in the box, with free shioping, on the walmart website. We asked a few staff about it, and they knew that the online prices were lower than their clearance sticker prices on the used/returned tvs. CRAZY

It's a Walmart! Not to much to report. They are close and convenient. Customer service at our local Walmart is satisfactory. Walmart is one of the best stores anyone can go to and find everything you need in one awesome store, love my Walmart. I personally do not enjoy going to any store at this time with all the shootings going on but I do order online! I love the convenience and fast shipping. I have never had an issue. Thank You Walmart!

I bought some wine from the store and was met with an oddly aggressive cart pusher. As I'm putting my groceries in the car, an elderly employee decided to play cop and took the wine away from me, accusing me of being under the legal age! He demanded to see my ID and receipt; I showed him the latter but refused to show a strange cart pusher my ID! He eventually gave it backed off with a big huff, and I walked inside to report the incident. The woman at customer service said "oh him? That's not something he would do." Awful service. Also, some creepy young employee named Richard started flirting with younger sister, who is clearly not of legal age.

Pharmacy is a joke... understaffed puts it mildly. Front staff are friendly, but only so much you can do with one person filling prescriptions. Guaranteed 1-2 hr wait...

Don’t come here and expect to have help. And when it comes time to check out I hope you love self checkout because that’s what you’ve got.

Have shopped at walmart's through out the US for many years. Have always been a fan, who would not be....same food and merchandise for less money. Makes sense. However, I have to say the Kalispell WM has some serious problems. Check your receipts folks! I do not shop here frequently, and have been double charged on at least 3 occasions that I am aware of. Then I am treated like I was trying to cheat them when I went back in to get a refund for an $28 item I did not purchase! Rude employees, yes I am talking about you, Miranda in the service center!

It took years of B.S for me to finally write a review about my local walmart. There is not enough room for years of rediculous so I will just stick to the last two incidents. After being sick for days I finally got some medicine,I called before hand to confirm that they had it in stock,I even talked to someone in the back that stocks shelves,he wanted to tell me about a similar item but it was a larger count for 4 dollars more.I reconfirmed with him that they did in fact have the same meds of a smaller count of medicine for 4 dollars less and told me exactly where to find it.When a family member went to pick the meds for me they were directed by an employee to the higher count/more expensive meds that the person I talked to on the phone wanted to tell me about. This is the second employee to try to steer me away from the less expensive otc meds and try to get me to buy the more expensive ones.I called and talked to a manager who did not try to help me at all and strangely without even telling me transferred me to site to store where I talked to someone who referred to herself as the site to store manager. Why would he transfer me somewhere where they cannot help me?Also the site to store has gotten a bit better but they usually make people have to make several trips to the store for their items all due to them not wanting to pull one or two items off a shelf like they are suppose to do anyway if they have it in stock.I can't count the number of times when I got to the store and my order was missing items when those exact items are sitting on the shelf and I was literally told "Ok you can have that item that is apart of your order that you are holding in your hands if you cancel it off your order and pay cash.Wow.I always make it a point to look elsewhere first before I absolutely have to buy something at walmart because of all the problems they cause to paying customers.

A nice clean store in Kalispell.... I’m just not a fan of Walmart. Too big and too crowded.

This is like most other Walmart super centers that I've been to. From garden to grocery items and a seasonal section. Since this Walmart serves many small communities it is usually very crowded at least in the parking lot, but once in the store it big enough to navigate even with the biggest crowds. I like their grocery part, prices are sometimes cheaper than that club store across the highway from here. Like my half and half which I buy by the half gallon. Their great value brand is just fine and always cheaper than name brands and I find them to be good. They have a nice sporting goods, garden department and housewares that I'm attracted to. Sometimes I find cute T-shirts for really reasonable prices. This is one of the cleaner well organized Walmart's I've been in and I've never had an issue finding someone to guide me to where I need something. Good job to the employees they are all friendly and courteous.

Customer service stinks. Lines are always way to long. Pharmacy is making every prescription I have a controlled substance and still with my disability makes me walk through the store if there is not a motorized cart available to get my prescriptions. This is why I changed my pharmacy all together. The store does not have nearly enough Handicap spots for the need of the town. I have boycotted Walmart all together. Their prices on items and food is not worth the savings if there is a savings at all. If you watch store ads you can get better quality items at better prices from Albertson's of Super One and even Smiths. Fruits and veggies always look second hand if you know what I mean and from what I have purchased from them in the past goes bad in 2 days of having it in the fridge or on the counter. I won't be back for much of anything with Walmart. Much rather pay a little more for service and quality than shop here.
