Walgreens is a busy pharmacy and store for prescriptions, health and beauty products, and photo printing. The pharmacy can be very busy and understaffed, but staff work hard to fill prescriptions promptly, sometimes with remote help. Several reviews highlight exceptional customer service from individual employees who are courteous, helpful, and nice, going above and beyond. This includes helpful service at the photo center, great suggestions and conversation in the beauty aisle, and especially attentive care at the drive-thru window during bad weather, where an employee provided efficient, personalized service. These positive experiences stand out, with some customers noting it was their best Walgreens experience. Pharmacy hours are extensive, available nearly 24 hours a day.

Used the pharmacy for post surgery meds. They refused to run the card provided by workers comp and had to pay out of pocket. Being in pain post op this was frustrating. Safe to say I will not be doing business with this store ever again.

I came in to try a perfume, there were no testers but I decided to buy it anyway after using the bathroom. An employee told me the bathroom "closes right now" (at 4:40 p.m.) I left the store without buying anything. Why would I spend my money here if I can't even use your bathroom?
