Not as good as it used to be in the past. Staff just seem irritable, unfriendly to approach for help. Price of items good, availability good unless they have a sale it goes quickly. Pharmacy staff, Great!

I ordered a desktop calendar 12/20/2023 for a Christmas present. I was given a confirmation email saying it would be done later that day. When I went to pick it up I was told it was not ready. I went back a few days later needing it for a Christmas present. I was told that it was printed but not put together. And the person that puts it together wasn't working that evening. This was the night before I needed the calendar. Thank goodness whitefish walgreens photo center was able to help and get the calender printed in time for the present. Today, 1/6/2024 I recieved an email saying my calender is ready for pickup. I decided to pick it up and keep it. The quality of this calender is horrible. The binding makes it so that the calender cannot be opened. There are holes punched through the titles of the months and it is overall very sad quality. Very disappointed.

There is absolutely no communication or management in this dept!!! The men have hung up on me and are very rude. They literally offer no assistance, and they ran out of photo paper without even telling us!

I don't think this Walgreens deserves even a single star. I have been trying to call them for two weeks, they never answered so I went in instead. Stood in line for about 20 minutes, got up to the counter and I told them I needed to get a prescription filled for my son but I didn't know the name so I VERY SPECIFICALLY told them it was the prescription for ADHD and it was the off brand of Adderall. They said "ok, it will be ready in a couple of hours and it was $23". We showed up about 2 hours later, stood in line for 30 minutes and finally got it picked up, only to go have my son take it the next morning and find out they gave my Eye drops. How stupid to you have to be to hear the words "ADHD" and "Aderall" and think "ok, they need eye drops for pink eye?". I don't know what happened to this place, but they are awful. Also, they will find anything to make fun of for the people in the drive thru. And have a snooty remark to make after each customer leaves about said customer. Poor customer service. Find a different pharmacy.Editing to add: I went to Walgreens to return this prescription and get a refund so I could get my correct medication. They are out of stock on the correct medication, ok. Fine. Then they proceed to tell me that you have to be inside the store, not the drive thru , ok, whatever. I go inside, and apparently you have to have an ID to get a refund that's over $20. This has been an awful experience. So much of my time wasted on this stupid mistake by the pharmacist. A bunch of incompetent people working there. Stay away.

First the store is FILTHY- the floors have drips on them and dirt ground in and there are dust bunnies floating around the floor. The pharmacy techs are nice however I was told that my script was put thru and it would be 30 minutes then after an hour wait I was told it was NOT put thru and I was told I would have to wait another HOUR .Take my advice and do NOT frequent this pharmacy

This is consistently the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with... as I'm typing this, I've been on hold for 36 minutes to check the status of a prescription that they've had for 5 hours... called at 4 hours, and it wasn't ready, they said check back in an hour.. it could not be run any worse, and unless you've got untold hours to waste, go somewhere else.

This needs to be known by all: ALL PASSPRT PHOTOS from Walgreens will risk your passport application being denied. These phots can appear to have been photoshopped or tampered with! If this occurs you will need to go to a different passport photo service, fill out your application in whole once again and pay additional fees. Your out of country vacation may be ruined as you cannot reapply while an application is in process!!! Please don’t trust Walgreens with your photo, the employees reviewing your passport application are trained to look closely at photos for obvious reasons. Start off on the right foot and have an amazing journey out there!!

My order was done quickly and most of the photos were great. The 5x7's I ordered ended up with magebta/blue stripes where the printer didn't print correctly. Overall, it's normally a good place to get photos but just check the quality before taking them home.

These are the most inept humans that have ever attempted to run a pharmacy. I dare you to try to transfer a medication from anywhere and see if they have the brain power to accomplish this monumental feat.

They are never ready when they're supposed to be and every time I've ordered photo cards there they are cut crooked and it looks terrible. Oftentimes the lighting is terrible too. I've never had trouble anywhere else. I tried Walgreens again because it was the only place I could pick it up someday and AGAIN cut crooked. And they weren't ready when they were supposed to either. AVOID if possible. Also I was going to transfer my VHS to DVD and they wanted to charge me $130 for 2. I went to Photo Video plus and it was $10 each.

FYI I am scheduled for surgery next week in Seattle to donate a kidney. As part of the pre-op requirements I needed to get a Covid PCR lab test. So I scheduled a test at Walgreens and went there today. I presented them with the billing instructions to bill the transplant center for the test ( donors are not expected to cover any costs). Walgreens said they would not do the test because the billing instructions said they would not hold me accountable. OK, here's my insurance card.....Nope. Fine, I'll pay for it myself ($128.00), here's my credit card......Nope. Walgreens pharmacy refused to do a Covid test on me EVEN IF I PAID OUT OF POCKET! I am shocked! I guess Walgreens is anti organ transplant. I did get a test at Logan walk in after explaining the situation. They were incredibly understanding of the time sensitivity and equally shocked about Walgreens.

I've used the pharmacy for many years and have been very pleased over the years with services. Over the last few months my prescriptions haven't been filled on a timely basis, I've endured 30 minute lines to pick up prescriptions and when I have complained to the pharmacy manager I've been met with resentment and excuses. Last week a prescription was ordered on Wednesday and was not filled until Monday while I waited. I was told that no prescriptions had been filled over the weekend.
