I don't think this Walgreens deserves even a single star. I have been trying to call them for two weeks, they never answered so I went in instead. Stood in line for about 20 minutes, got up to the counter and I told them I needed to get a prescription filled for my son but I didn't know the name so I VERY SPECIFICALLY told them it was the prescription for ADHD and it was the off brand of Adderall. They said "ok, it will be ready in a couple of hours and it was $23". We showed up about 2 hours later, stood in line for 30 minutes and finally got it picked up, only to go have my son take it the next morning and find out they gave my Eye drops. How stupid to you have to be to hear the words "ADHD" and "Aderall" and think "ok, they need eye drops for pink eye?". I don't know what happened to this place, but they are awful. Also, they will find anything to make fun of for the people in the drive thru. And have a snooty remark to make after each customer leaves about said customer. Poor customer service. Find a different pharmacy.

This place is a joke my doctor called in a prescription and they said they had it only to actually go there and be told they haven’t had it for a while. I just compressed my back bone and now I’m going to have to make it through the night with nothing all because they didn’t take the time to do there jobs. Plus I was going through my other med and they didn’t give me one of my meds that they said they had I don’t know what’s going on at the business but stay away. They are completely awful

First the store is FILTHY- the floors have drips on them and dirt ground in and there are dust bunnies floating around the floor.The pharmacy techs are nice however I was told that my script was put thru and it would be 30 minutes then after an hour wait I was told it was NOT put thru and I was told I would have to wait another HOUR .Take my advice and do NOT frequent this pharmacy

4 people working. Waiting 15 minutes per car in the drive thru. Went inside the next day, 3 people working, one car in line and I still waiting 15 minutes for a pickup. They also just walk past you when you're at the counter. Would appreciate at least a "we will be right with you". Don't feel urgent

This is consistently the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with... as I'm typing this, I've been on hold for 36 minutes to check the status of a prescription that they've had for 5 hours... called at 4 hours, and it wasn't ready, they said check back in an hour.. it could not be run any worse, and unless you've got untold hours to waste, go somewhere else.

Truly the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Prescriptions are never, ever ready when you need them to be, even if you fill them several days in advance. They won't let you know if your script isn't ready or available and they'll just claim you were on a "no call list" even if they called you just two days prior for a different issue. Trust all of the bad reviews and go elsewhere, this place is a nightmare.

My husband is in the Navy and had to quickly leave country and needed his Covid booster shot, technician Daniel was GREAT he was trying to help as we talked on the phone, he asked 4 technicians to give the booster to my husband who was waiting in the parking lot, all four refused even though there were no other scheduled appointments that day and they had the booster available, Daniel was shocked and asked the technicians 3 times, then for a moment I couldn't hear any thing he came back on to take our info, we decided at that point not to get a shot by someone that had to be forced or to give them our hard earned cash and went to Costcowere we walked in and were treated with dignity and got the booster in minutes, Thank you Daniel for trying maybe you should go where your appreciated, and the business cares about patient and customer care.

You guys are most definitely amazing always find a way to fix whatever needs to be fixed between the doctor or whatever is getting screwed up very happy to say that you guys are my pharmacy and that you guys work with me every time!

These are the most inept humans that have ever attempted to run a pharmacy. I dare you to try to transfer a medication from anywhere and see if they have the brain power to accomplish this monumental feat.

Very mixed feelings here. MIKE the pharmacist was extremely rude and unprofessional for absolutely no reason. I called back after getting off with him and asked for a manager I was connected to Lori and she was very kind, professional, and apologized for his disgusting behavior. She is the only reason I'm leaving 3 stars.

I've used the pharmacy for many years and have been very pleased over the years with services. Over the last few months my prescriptions haven't been filled on a timely basis, I've endured 30 minute lines to pick up prescriptions and when I have complained to the pharmacy manager I've been met with resentment and excuses. Last week a prescription was ordered on Wednesday and was not filled until Monday while I waited. I was told that no prescriptions had been filled over the weekend.

Pharmacy is terrible. They don’t answer their phone and they are so under staffed that the line is always 8+ people long.
