Visited not too long ago and received excellent customer service from one of the guys. He was patient with me and explained exactly how to use my new iPhone since I’m normally an Android user! Thanks for the help, Rob! Will definitely be back!

Super long wait for something simple. The people working are unable to multi task and assist with a quick thing while waiting 30 minutes for new phones to update. The guy at the door was rude and unhelpful.

Would give zero but can't. Visited here 2/17/24. At 2pm. I was told by another store I needed the account manager to retrieve some papers. I got the account manager. Brought him here. The RUDE blond kid I talked to mocked me, made fun of me and was awful. He said among other things. " Well you brought in the manager, now bring in your lawyer ". And laughed in my face. Literally. This smart mouth thinks he's cute. I was low key embarrassed for him cuz he really thinks he's cute. He's just a jerk. Will be going elsewhere in the near future. I hope that rude little boy reads this. If he does. You are awful. Please get out of customer service. Noone deserves the way you act. Shame on this kid for making fun of customers who need help. What an AWFUL experience. Cannot stress awful enough.

This store is full of misinformation and the people that supposedly helped me didn't have a clue that's why after 23years of doing business with Verizon I switched to another company and will never use Verizon for anything else ever.

had a $1500 and $1200 bill in 2 consecutive months because they changed my service from North America plan to just an America plan. So roaming charges when I went to Canada for about 4 weeks. Thought it would be a simple fix but they refused to adjust bill, said I requested plan change, not sure why I would change my plan when I live in Canada half the time. They couldn't prove I requested a change (because I didn't) it but said my bill will go to collections if I didn't pay. Making good on my promise to give bad reviews. Don't use Verizon.In response to your response below... you had more than enough chances as I spent countless hours with dozens of customer service reps. The ones that tried to help were over ridden by the managers so I was never refunded any of this amount. Disgusting way to handle your mistake. Don't pretend like you care now after you are given a negative review.

Horrible experience. My husband and I went in last Saturday to take advantage of the iPhone 15 pro deal. We waited an hour and a half before someone could help us. We thought we had it all worked out but they were closing so I made another appointment with the same person to complete the transaction and do the phone data transfer. I came back and I wasn't on their schedule. I showed them the text reminder from Verizon about my appointment. They apologized and said they'd have someone help right away. I waited a full hour and finally someone helped me - a different women from the one who we'd worked with before. She kept trying to upsell me to the pro MAX phone, or more data, or the phone protection plan. I had to keep insisting I just wanted the regular 15 pro with128 GB. Then she couldn't find the deal we had worked out previously and wanted to put us on a different phone plan for an additional $20/month. I got my husband on the line to confirm what we were currently paying, and she said "my appointment is here now, you'll have to come back to finish this". So I had to make ANOTHER appointment. This is ridiculous. Horrible customer service. I'm seriously tempted to switch carriers.

Fantastic store. The wait time was long but worth it! The guy helped us order pretty fast, and the phone I wanted sadly wasn't there (They had to order online), but they quickly ensured I had a case and screen protectors so when the phone comes I can instantly make sure it's safe! I'm definitely coming back to this Verizon again. (They are a corporate Verizon, so they get better stock than the local one, by the way!

Wasted 3 hours waiting, only to then be put on a chat with someone to order a new phone. 45 minutes later I walked out of the store with a new phone. Thier service is the worst

So the staff is wonderful. I was treated amazingly but the manager supervisor Nadine is extremely rude and just generally unhappy. Good luck with her. I ended up waiting 3 hours and Verizon actually told me to just look for another store. I did. They helped me and I got a new iPhone in 30 min. She’s just a really miserable human.

It’s been twice that I haven’t been able to access my account in store because of a Temporary ID issued by the state because they don’t send out hard copies immediately, went in to get information about my account and the last time I had a temporary ID they told me it couldn’t be past 60 days for the temporary ID, went in today and they told me I needed the old ID expiration date and the receipt for the NEW is which I’ve never heard of, I probably won’t be shopping here again

I went into this location yesterday to purchase a new phone. They didn't have it in stock and were kind enough to expedite an order for me. I switched an existing line to the new account type for the new phone. A salesperson arranged the new contract and I signed. When I received the new phone, the screen was scratched. I was helped through the warrenty process and they ordered a new one to replace it right away. Then my account service was canceled including for my existing line without warning. I was instructed to call a number to reactivate my service. I assumed this was some glitch on their end. First representative claimed the system was down but I called the number again and got ahold of another rep. They said I needed to upload documents and show proof of address after I had already given my salesperson all the requested documentation and signed the contract and received active service. This rep on the phone, Diego, then started reading a script in order to hang up on me and cancelled my entire account and order including my replacement phone already ordered through the store. Now what should have been a one day business transaction is at least a 5 day ordeal that has left my wife and I without phones that are necessary for our work. As someone who has been a loyal customer with Verizon for over 10 years, I find this to be extremely inconvenient and utterly unprofessional behavior. I did everything my reps guided me to do and I have been pushed aside and treated carelessly. I have been ripped off on my order with no refund. I just want to finish switching to a new phone with a company that had served me well in the past. If Verizon cannot reslove this issue I will change carriers.Update: This response below is a perfect example of why customers are losing faith in Verizon. You claim to be prioritizing my case but all you do is send me a a URL that I can't copy from my phone to have me fill out some form so you can pass me off to some ignorant rep on the other side of the world who doesn't know my case and has no solutions other than apologizing. If you cared about business, I'd receive phone calls or at least a text message or email but you can't be bothered to even try that little. Instead of getting real answers I'm only told to check MyVerizon when I don't yet have access to that service. Verizon's business plan: provide the cheapest customer service experience with no real help, compartmentalize everything, divert from the issue, bounce you around, run apology word track, offer no solutions.

Worst experience ever - two workers helping customers, another three doing nothing and just walking around with nothing to do. Disaster. We sat for about two hours there in a half-empty store, and decided to go to T-Com where we finished what we came for in about 30 min time. Never coming back to Horizon again.
