Over all our with u-hual this trip was horrible. The truck was a brick with logs for tires. The seat was so thin I could feel the springs. Every time the transmission shifted I felt like was going to go through the window.Then when we went to turn the truck in the link the app and text have us was 15 miles off. We had to travel 60 extra mile to return the truck even though there is a u-hual in the town we moved to.We were directed to the corporate store and they didn't care. We wanted to return new unused boxes and the would not accept them because we packed the receipt.The employee didn't even try to help us. He didn't even ask how the trip or truck was, he just made me feel like he wanted me out of the store. I do not plan on using u-hual ever again even if it was 100% free.
