Very frustrating experience. I called 45 minutes ahead and asked if they had 2 tires and they confirmed they even had 4 of the ones I was looking for. Then I drove there and when I get there was 4 of them at the desk and they all re confirmed they had the tires and said oh it will be 2 or 3 hours so we walked around for 2 flipping hours and then came back and waited for 45 minutes before they moved the car into a bay and then come out and say oh we have 5k tires upstairs and can’t find yours BUT WE CAN GET THEM TOMORROW! I’m a pissed off customer and this kind of thing shouldn’t have happened

The frigid temps popped my tire and Jesse was super helpful - they got me in right away, found replacement tires from another location and had me on my way within a couple hours! So appreciate their kindness!

Tire Rama is the BEST tires service in Kalispell. Ted and Jessie are so helpful, not just at seasonal tire changes but throughout the year when we have questions and they're generous with expert advise. Really appreciate Tire Rama!

Upon my arrival, I was informed that the technician had just left, and they couldn't perform the wheel alignment as scheduled. The lack of communication and foresight on their part is disappointing. A courtesy call or a proactive effort to inform customers of such changes could have saved both time and frustration.

I tried to have my tires changed from summer to winter. The only way they will do that is if I leave my vehicle there for 5 to 6 days. They will not take appointments. Doesn’t seem like a very smart business model. How is somebody supposed to leave their only vehicle there for a week? This isn’t the first problem I’ve had with this Tire Rama location. After having my oil change there, I found that they didn’t tighten the nut on the oil pan and I lost almost all my oil on the way home. I will make sure to steer clear of Tire Rama in the future.

Very good service, I like the first come first serve policy they have. Most tire shops are backed up and you can't get in for a long time. These guys are great. I'll be back for my next tire buying adventure.

I tried to make an appointment to have my tires changed from summer to winter. This is for my work truck which I cannot be without for more than a day. The only way they will do a tire job is to leave my truck there for 5 to 6 days. no appointments will be given. Doesn't seem like a very good way to do business. This isn't the first problem I've had with them. I had my oil changed and they didn't tighten the oil nut and drained almost all my oil out on my way home. I will never go back there.
