I walked in looking to get an assessment on a flat tire I had to see if it was repairable. Todd helped me out before I even opened the doors to the shop. He looked at the tire and assessed it wasn't repairable. Fortunately, Todd knew they had a used exact match for my tire in the back. They swapped out the spare for the newly mounted used tire right then and there. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes.
Huge thanks to Todd and Derek in the shop and to Gillian, who helped me out in the office to get the work order and payment through. Y'all are amazing and greatly appreciated!”
“Wow what a blessed experience for us at this les Schwab location! Had a mishap near glacier park, ran over an 8by8 by 12 inch chunk of wood, rattled under the car and bent the left rear wheel cast aluminum. Limped into kalispell to Les Schwab. Travis was the man who took care of us. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help us get back on the road safely!! Took care of our needs and was always in contact with us til the job was finished at 10 minutes to close!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!! Les Schwab will be my go to store from now on!!! “We did oil change in Bozeman five days ago in another place, we got a bad filter there. We came here and we told him that the filter was leaking, they fix it pretty quick , change the filter, and didn’t charge us for labour! They even called the company that did the oil change and explain them the problem, the company didn’t agree to pay for it so they charges just for the filter!
We highly recommend them , they are kind and professionals.
