If I could give Thrifty zero stars I would. Do not waste your time with this company. When I arrived to pick up my car I was told the wait would be at least 2 hours as they had no cars available, not a great way to start a trip. When I returned home I was charged an extra $227 for my rental. I called Thrifty, was told I would be refunded on my credit card but after 2 weeks, still no refund. I have called Thrifty multiple times since and as soon as I state my concern I am put on hold and the agent never returns to the line so I am forced to hang up....what a joke. Now going through the hassle of disputing the charge on my credit card!

Best rental experience ever. No wait. When I got to the counter, my paperwork was ready along with the key. It only took minutes to get the car. The rental center is only 50-100 ft outside the airport. They hand you a key and tell you the number of the parking spot it’s in. Return is a piece of cake with a key drop. Within a couple of hours, they emailed a receipt. Car was great and most efficient process ever. Friendly employee too!

PRICE GOUGING at its finest!!!! who can afford to pay 250.00 a day for a small car on vacation. This is ridiculous! DO NOT RENT FROM THRIFTY IN KALISPEL, MONTANA, THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!if I could give this rating a -10 I would... they sure don't deserve any stars at all!!!

I rented a 'wild card' car and expected some junk but was pleasantly surprised by a very cool Chevy Pacifica brand new and I didnt have to wait long at all. Even though I showed up early they were super nice. When I couldnt figure out where the car was (because it was close to the terminal) they helped me find it. Hope to rent again here - so nice ppl!

I rented a vehicle from this location for the weekend while I was visiting the Glacier National Park, and upon my inspection I was shocked that they don't even attempt to clean any of their vehicles. The staff was very friendly and helpful upon picking up the vehicle. I was given a Toyota Highlander and it was in safe running condition. But I had to wipe down everything inside because there was evidence of the previous renters. I don't believe that the staff operate within the COVID-19 pandemic precautions, besides them wearing face masks. I was annoyed that I was charged $100 a day and I had to serialize everything on the inside, to prevent from any possibility of getting the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rented a vehicle from Glacier Ntl, MT airport today, customer service and check out was fast and professional, unfortunately vehicle was dirty inside and out, food, dirt, and dust. I'm in parking lot cleaning with my own wipes before driving off. Rental fee was $100 per day with taxes, total $364, shameful to say the least.Not a good way to start vacation off, hoping Glacier Ntl Prk Psrk stay is much more enjoyable.

Especially when I have a few USA travel plans this yr. I had another incident similar to this one in Ft Myers, FL, but horrible customer service from the manager. Seems like this is the rental car culture, since Covid. Not a good way to start vacation off, hoping Glacier Ntl Prk Park stay is much more enjoyable.

We had accidentally booked at a different Hertz location 30 minutes away from the airport (tip: double check your pickup location!). Karen, the attendant/service rep, helped us out and made it possible for there not to be any extra charges and/or waiting. Karen was wonderfully kind, humorous, and understanding. Thank you Karen!!!!

They won't accept a debit card as payment. It's 2020, not 1990. You do understand that a credit card is just as easy to dispute charges or stop payment on as a debit card, right? Get it together.

Be careful booking at this store. I booked through the Tmobile App to get 40% off and they failed to honor it. I called multiple times to try to reach someone and always received a voicemail. Luckily, someone finally reached out and said they would not honor the promotion, even though I found their store on the App specifically. False advertising.

Thrifty Rental counter is now same as Hertz counter. 3 rentals (forgot the 3rd name) operate from same counter.
