Jeremiah Sullivan has been awesome to work with! After trying to work with 3 other local banks for loans, Jeremiah came up with the perfect solution and we couldn't be happier! They have been punctual, professional, courteous and made the loan happen where everyone else had said no without jumping through a whole bunch of hoops & dragging everything out! I highly recommend them!

Been banking here for a couple years now, always have super nice people working! Also always been on top of fraud protection (almost too good, where I had to reactivate my card, even though it was me) but over-all have not had any problems, hoping for maybe an increase of locations for ATM, but with KASASA they pay (most) of ATM charges ??

I've been banking online for 25 years. I've never had a bank take down bill pay functionality for an entire week. Ridiculous.... time to find a new bank.

This is how you do it right other banks!I moved and Mailed In a change of address to the bankTHEY CALLED ME, yes, that's right, a real person called me, not some computer and phone tree, a person. They wanted to make sure it was me that sent it in to protect my account and themselves.That is how it is done properly. Absolutely 10 stars. Customer service has not died completely

This is not a good bank. I thought that maybe the pandemic was responsible for the general negligence and lack of service, but now that things have opened up again it is clear that the experience is consistent. After opening an account, they forgot to send my debit card for 2 months. Then, when I did need to activate it in an emergency, they had inactivated my account. I was unable to access my money from my debit card even after an hour invested in going to the branch and speaking with them. During the 30-minute wait the receptionist gave me to talk to a banker, I signed up for a new account at whitefish credit Union next door who had three bankers available. It doesn't seem like many people are empowered to do critical things. I used this debit card as a backup but I'm finding the bank to be too chaotic even for that.

If you are tired of your bank charging ridiculous fees and being treated like a number instead of a customer, you need to go talk to Tyler at Three Rivers Bank! They are a bank who values customers, and they show it by how well they treat their customers and all the great perks of banking with them. If you haven't heard of their Kasasa program, you are missing out on earning cash-back when you use your debit card! A big thank you to Tyler, who went above and beyond to help set up my business and personal accounts at Three Rivers!

We recently moved to Montana and needed to set up banking, etc. We choose Three Rivers bank, and have had the best experience imaginable. They are a local bank, and treat us like we are not just valued customers, but friends. Not government, big company “take a number” experience here. Recently, mortgage interest rates dropped to historically low levels We decided to refinance our home, and asked Three Rivers Bank if they could help. Over the years, we have purchased a lot of commercial and private real estate, so this is not our first rodeo. We found our experience with Three Rivers Bank to be flawless; the best and smoothest loan process we have experienced. We also got an incredibly low rate - better than anywhere else we shopped. What makes this even more impressive, was that it took place during the height of the pandemic lock-down. I urge anyone reading this review to check out three Rivers Bank. You will be glad you did.
