Spent $320.00 on a toy for my son's birthday. Out of the box it won't work. There was a recall from the manufacturer for a pedal issue, not replacement, and it is no longer available for purchase or exchange. The manufacturer will do nothing other than replace the pedal which didnt work. Target guest relations will not refund or replace or offer a store credit. I'm a single mom, this was a big purchase. My son is so dissapointed. Target has lost my business

The Kalispell, MT Target was filthy. Their floors were scattered with debris and looked like they hadn't been cleaned. Their bathrooms were dirty and left with no toilet paper. The merchandise was a mess and I found it hard to shop due to the unorganized state. I was really disappointed to see shelves nearly empty and not stocked or faced. Clothing and hangers were on the floor. I could go on and on.

I don’t know what got into the cashier today because it’s usually a good experience when we come here . Autumn was the cashier we went through as the self checks that were available at the time did not support cash so we decided to go through a till to be quicker . She proceeded to throw our cans in the bag with unnecessary force which was annoying . Then when it came to pay she told us the total and I outstretched my $20 bill for her to take . She then repeats the total more stern and louder to which I continue handing her the $20 bill and say cash . She eventually acknowledges the cash and reluctantly grabs it with a look of disgust on her face . Completely not professional and left a bad taste in my mouth . This is why self check outs are always going to be better . The lady working the customer service desk was lovely . Although I didn’t get her name .

There have been major stock issues at this location for many years— long before Covid. I don’t know how it’s even possible to have a major problem like this for so long. It’s incredibly frustrating for customers and definitely not good for a company.Store pick-up?? Don’t even waste your time!(2 stars added for nice employees, though)

Service was great at the Starbucks in Target in Kalispell but none of the food was available to be heated or sold that required heating due to a broken oven. It limited what a family of 5 could purchase besides drinks. Disappointed as a visitor from Canada.

Target is one of the only shopping options where I live. I’ve shopped with Target for a long time and almost never leave without making a purchase.Do be aware that they have changed their return policy and you can no longer exchange items, but you can return them and rebuy. That means if you buy something on sale (which I did, online) and you want a different color or need a different size, you can return it and get your money back and then rebuy it for a higher price. It seems like a money grab on Target’s part. Again, this is one of the only shopping options we have in my town, it will make me think twice about buying because I don’t want to be punished for changing my mind.

Employees are great but would love to see them actually keep track of what is and what isn’t in stock.. I shouldn’t have to drive a whole hour from home just to find out something I did need was out of stock :( luckily got 2 day shipping on the item instead, but instead of chatting to each other at the help and service desk maybe open up a check stand or two.

The Assocaites were super friendly and very helpfull, had everything I was looking for, the store was fairly clean and organized the only thing I wish were improved were the checkout wait time
