I was treated so well by everyone at t-mobile the entire time I was there, especially by art and gabi when dealing with an extended bill due to Spectrum not porting my phone numbers over and spectrum was treating me terribly at the store and I am disgusted with their service, the only reason I had to switch from T-Mobile was because I was unfortunately dropping calls within a mile of my house but otherwise it is a wonderful company and great store

Was at the store on November 7th around 1:30 in the afternoon. The store was very busy, but associates were attentive to each person. Specifically Josh. I had an issue transferring data from my old phone to an eSIM and he knew exactly what to do. During some of my loading screens which took several minutes, he was able to multitask very well and assist other customers simultaneously. Josh was respectful and helpful to each person I saw him interact with. Awesome employee

I got there at 11 AM and I ended up leaving at 12 because I still hadn’t been helped. There’s a lady I asked who was there before I was asked how long she was there and she said an hour already so I ended up leaving without getting the services I came in for and the employees couldn’t even say sorry for the wait or I will be right with you. Nothing like that. Never checked on anybody waiting didn’t even bother.

My whole experience as a whole has been not good. First one sales people lied to me that I could get a third line and a phone for free. I was going thru cancer later find out that they were changing me 25 monthly. I called so they could listen to conversation I had with crooked sales person that promised a free services And the conversation had been erased so they couldn't help me and they were not honor it and cancel that line for me. Aunt just recently my phone stopped working. It had no sound and I did a warranty and they were gonna mail it to their Kalispell office all of a sudden I get a text. Saying your warranty order for phone has been canceled so I call them and they told me that they shipped it to the store but nobody let me know it was there to pickup. Gonna be there. And sent it back. When the person told me that it was on back order When this sales person told me that phone was a backorder and I cannot expect it until after the 15th even maybe not till after the 30th. Of May it got through it on the eighth and nobody happened to even give me a call or send me a tex. Now I have to start the whole process over. And the service is horrible everywhere. I go as soon as you dip into a little hil you don't have any service. I'm just not happy with this company. It's really disappointing because I switched over to them because I thought they were a good company but my experience has not been good so think about it. Before you get t mobile.

I am an over the road truck driver and T-Mobile store here hooked me up fat I mean really good unlike so happy. I came in cuz I keep going over my hundred gigs of hotspot and I have a business account so they gave me 200 gigs of hotspot totally happy with that. And I bought myself a JBL boombox speaker thing big square box but I just wanted to say this team old store treated me awesome I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile store and any other T-Mobile store to all my friends and family absolutely

So nice not having to take a number like the DMV and wait an hour or more. Attendants are helpful right away and get issues resolved quickly

A simple acknowledgement of a "hello" or "we will be with you shortly" can go a long way. We unfortunately were not acknowledged at all by the one employee on the floor with 4 people waiting. When it was our turn to be seen I thought it was a little unprofessional and off putting to hear the employee offer to clock out and drive to our area and request to be let into our home to "test the service" before we decided to switch over. Maybe the guy thought he was being helpful but it just gave me a weird vibe. All in all the experience could've been better.

Employees are always helpful. Beware of the 1-800 call centers though. Kinda sketchy.

We've had a ton of connectivity issues. Came in to get it taken care of, which was a very quick resolution. I stood in your store for 20+ minutes and wasn't acknowledged by a single employee. This part is so important to customers. Even a quick "I'll be right with you". Will do. But pretending I'm a ghost in your store is not okay.

Chad is the man. From start to finish, he set clear expectations and made me aware of everything, through every step. He was willing to stay open past closing, and very knowledgeable with all of the options that I had available. If you ever need anything, go talk to Chad. He will take care of you the way you expect from customer service!

GABI IS MY GO TO GIRL!!Gabi helped my brother and I preorder the new iphone 14 and later that day she took the time to switch the rest of my family over from Verizon. She made sure she got them THE BEST PROMOS? save us money and she was patient and knowledgeable. Ask for Gabi!
