Love Craft! Hair day is a big deal and Craft does it best. The atmosphere is great and everyone is kind and helpful. I see Amanda and she’s amazing. And I love being able to book online. Highly recommend.
A few years ago we had such a fun girls day here before my wedding so I totally recommend them if you have a special occasion as well! So accommodating!

Emily Rush did an amazing job on my wedding hair and makeup!! I had my trial a few days before my wedding, and there were some adjustments I wanted to make. Emily took the feedback really well and helped me look flawless on my special day. I really appreciated how she talked through each step with me, making sure I liked everything so far or if I wanted to go a different route. Everything stayed put through the night! Thank you Emily!!

I never had an experience here. I had to rearrange my appointment, then got it all figured out. I drove an hour and a half to get my hair cut here. About an hour before my scheduled appointment, it was canceled on me. I wasn't offered a same day reschedule when I was first told it was canceled. Another hour later I got a call saying there was an opening, but it would have to be a dry cut. If you're a curly girl like myself, you know dry cuts aren't the best way to go in order to assure a good cut. I can appreciate trying to fit me in, but overall it I did not go and it ended up being an inconvenience.

Wow! My review was deleted! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, there are many other salons in the valley who will actually do a good job. I got my nails done here for my college graduation last year in May, paid extra for dip powder & the paint chipped off within 2 days. I have never had such poorly done nails, even from salons that allow walk ins. The nails had broken by day 5. No dip nails should ever break that soon. I was on vacation too, so not doing a bunch of physical work. They not only deleted my review, but the owner didn’t even bother to respond. See how they do respond, that’s fine with me cause they probably wouldn’t have taken responsibility for their employees poor work. I no longer have pictures of the nails, which I had attached on the original review, but they were awful. I have paid less for MUCH better nails. This place is a joke! Delete my review again & I’ll keep leaving it.

I originally booked a nail appointment on 3/11. When I showed up, I was told the nail tech called in sick that day and I should have been contacted. I wasn’t, but decided to rebooked anyway. My new appointment was on 3/21. When I sat down to get my nails done, one of the first things out of the woman’s mouth was, “I usually only do pedicures and hair here.” I asked her how she got sucked into doing my nails, and she stated they recently lost a nail tech and she was just stepping in.
They only had a handful of colors to choose from and when taking off my old gel, she nicked me with the drill on almost every finger. She was extremely slow and did a horrible job on my nails.
When I asked to get booked with a nail tech (I was going to give them one more try), they booked me with the receptionist. They only charged me for regular nail polish, and the girl was nice enough, but was still a waste of time and money.

They got me in the next day for an apt and Libertie listened to all of my wants and reference pictures and was very knowledgeable of what I was wanting and she did an AMAZING job on my hair! Exactly what I wanted with a shag cut with bangs. I’ve gotten so many compliments and I feel so confident! I never get my hair cut because I always have it up and I am a mom of 5 so someone always has always had to come with. I had to bring my 4 year old with me and they were super accommodating with him. I won’t see any one else from now on!

Wives nails were done terribly by “Taylor” who did dip powder. She would’ve been better off buying glue ons, they would’ve lasted/looked better.

after my experience, if I could give them ZERO stars I would. i will NEVER be recommending them to anyone ever again. Even the OWNER lacks sympathy and didnt even appologise for my FRUSTRATION and lack of satisfaction. She tried to put the blame on having my kids there with me! And I bet you my kids were the most well behaved and quite kids youve evwr seen in a salon. I'm sorry after trying to get in there for 2 MONTHS, a babysitter was not really an option. I went in for a simple cut and color. After 3 and a half HOURS later and 2 different hair cuts *because She DIDNT LISTEN TO WHAT I WANTED. I walked out with orange hair and a horrible hair cut! The 22year old did not listen to a single word I said and apparently doesn't know how to manage her time.as she was trying to rush me out of her chair having Ben there 4 HOURS , her next client arrived.
I couldnt even give a simple side bang!!. I not only walked out with orange hair but she gave me straight across forehead bangs. Once I expressed my frustration with her having cut all the color and saying how bad the bangs looked she completely ignored my concerns yet again and avoided me the rest of the time there. I have never Ben so disrespected, and completely ignored in my life. I am beyond angry and disgusted at the owner and the stylist. Complete blullshit.
