Been shopping here for around 10 years but I'm not sure how much longer I can take, utilizing this store as my main grocer.
The employees are amazing but all the issues I have is with corporate. The listed prices on shelf, smiths app & digital coupons, are never correct. EVER. Smiths has hijacked probably hundreds in the past 2 years, from me on that alone.
Worst produce section I have ever seen in my life and continues to get worse. Foul really. I cannot believe this store is actually selling rotted produce at high cost. The worst produce section I have EVER seen at any store.

recently stopped in at Smiths twice while on a hiking adventure in Glacier............ initial visit was for groceries and gas....... had i known what was going to be taking place , would have made note of the names of the 4 staff that were interacted with .... at the gas bar, the attendant was on a short break and we spoke briefly about the area and he was so helpful in his assistance....... off to buy groceries....... the young man when ringing in my groceries applied the discount code ( we are from out of state )which saved about 25.00 ..... this was very much appreciated... then off to Glacier for an incredible week of hiking...... back to Smiths on the way home... had been told there was a sani station available ( did not notice it on the way in the first time )spoke with the young lady at the service counter about the location for the sani station ..... she was in conversation with another customer and was telling us that she worked 2 jobs and described briefly what the other job was ( home care for her veteran husband ) .... listening to her talk was like talking with a good friend and made us each feel good about the day..... the last brief interaction was between 2 staff and you could not help but smile...... an older gentleman wearing a covid style mask, walked by a co-worker at a til and myscheviously tapped her on the shoulder and snuck away......... they both laughed at the time and i could not help but feel ............ Smith's is a great place to be employed and the staff............. they are so happy at work, which says a lot in this day and age............ will happily recommend Smiths to friends ............

The digital coupon is for the birds. I will no longer shop at stores that offer this. I don't have the time to be scanning everything before I get to the check stand. Bye Kroger.

Good prices and selection. Check your receipt every visit because about half the time I find I was charged way more for something than was advertised. No exaggeration, it’s about half the time I pay$5-$10 extra. Now I’m standing in line for 10 minutes to get a refund. I’d go to Super 1 but they’re worse.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE ORDER SYSTEM. I placed an order for an online pickup order. It said that it was ready for pickup. When I went to pick it up they told me that they were running behind on filling orders and asked me to come back an hour and a half later. I did. By the time I got back to pick up my order which I had placed 6 hours earlier they said that the seafood department was now closed and they couldn’t fill my order. So not only was my dinner ruined but I was then CHARGED for the full order. I called the store. The store pawned me off to the 866 customer service number telling me there’s nothing they can do. I called the 866 number they hung up on me twice then said I would need to wait 24 to 48 hours to speak to a manager. I paid with my ebt card so I’m unable to simply dispute the charge with my bank. I’m out $42.00 and never received any food and was unable to eat dinner that night.
